We used Neal Prince Studio in the planning of our home remodel in Greenville, SC. The project was probably small for them but we were treated as if our home design was of the highest importance. They worked within our budget and provided more than expected. John Edwards was the architect who worked personally with us and we would highly recommend him for any design project. Atwood: Fine Architectural Cabinetry

Our firm worked closely with LS3P | Neal Prince Studio architects on an extensive contemporary kitchen renovation in Greenville, SC. I am so happy with my project and the planning and architectural design LS3P provided. If in doubt, employ an architect! I feel that working with Lee and the team at LS3P eliminated silly mistakes and problems I would have encountered while building, but also allowed for creative aspects of my home that are special to me (things I pinned on Houzz, even!) to be incorporated into my build. I am a first time builder and I couldn't be more excited about the outcome.

John Edwards from Neal Prince is the most talented architect we have ever used. Please allow us to explain our experience. John measured our previous kitchen to extreme detail and made visual recommendations of what could be accomplished with the current footprint. He was right. To make the most of our $50,000 budget, he suggested a complete renovation. Those plans included taking down a wall connecting the kitchen to our den, our main living space. I was hesitant of taking out the wall because it provided so much kitchen storage and a serving counter. John assured us that removing the wall would not only provide the open concept but that he would add innovative storage solutions with the new cabinetry. Again, he was right! John was patient with our many questions, but as the true experienced professional that he is, he took the time to educate us as to how to achieve the best results for our budget. Not only did we gain the most beautiful, functional kitchen imaginable, the design actually improved our lifestyle and daily family activities. In other words, perfection. Becky & David Stroud
