I have had instances time and again where they take the extra time and effort to do what is right and follow best practices.
Value - They maintain a competitive Bid and Fee Structure. What I have not had them do is sacrifice their quality to maintain this competitive pricing.
Integrity - They present to my clients and submit detailed bids and contracts. These bids are reflective in the effort and time they take to study and reference the Construction Documents. I have not had an instance where they have come back once the bid is accepted and the contract signed asking for change orders or additional fees if the work is included in the Construction Documents.
Communication - They Call me as the Architect with questions, solutions and suggestions. They read and follow the Construction Documents and Design. They proactively engage the Architect, Owner and themselves as the Contractor. If there is a problem they call and are often times ready with a solution. They Listen, they promptly respond.
Experience and Knowledge - Mulhall Construction has done numerous large, complicated projects. They have the patience and take the effort to work through complex problems that can arise in the field. Many of the projects I have worked with them on are 3rd story additions of 800 - 1,00 square feet, large additions, and entire house remodels.
