Monica was very easy to partner with on our project to furnish a few rooms within our new home build. Our home is transitional style (with a hint of boho!) and she delivered really strong options for our consideration. She listened to our needs (comfortable, yet beautiful) and was mindful of our budget constraints. She has strong communication skills, both as a listener and also setting clear expectations around order delivery, dealing with escalations, etc. I was also very impressed with how she managed to secure items are a much lower rate when I compared the exact same items on general retail sites. Her fees were totally recouped in the savings achieved through her preferred provider relationships with various manufacturers. We did have a few issues related to incorrect items being shipped and a few surprises on last-minute delivery dates (which honestly seemed out of her control). She stuck with us through the end, ensuring our needs were met. I recommend Monica!

My wife and I are currently using Monica for our new home build in Arkansas. My wife is very detail oriented and is very organized. She and Monica hit it off from the very beginning because of this. On our first meeting, she insisted that our builder be present and she took the time to ask about his supply sources and asked many questions about the build time line, looked at our house plans, and offered a new perspective on some planning issues we hadn’t thought of. She literally went room by room asking questions about my likes and dislikes, my wife’s likes and dislikes, and our three children (two boys 14 and 12 and my daughter who is 10). We have loved how Monica will compile a list of all options for let’s say paint, tile, carpet, hardwood floors for each and every room etc and then puts the finalized list together and communicates that to the builder with a itemized list so that there is no confusion. Need I say more? Great !! You can’t go wrong with this professional !!!!
