I love my Modern Flames linear fireplace. It creates just the modern but soothing ambiance for my master bedroom. I contacted Modern Flames yesterday because my home was broken in to and the burglar stole my fireplace! In less than 24 hours Matt Gomez at Modern Flame was able to find me a replacement that will fit perfectly. This level of service is commendable any time but considering it's the busiest time of year for fireplaces, Matt's response is amazing! Thank you, Modern Flames for a quality product and for staff and service commitment that makes for a standout company.
