Miller Custom Exteriors recently put a new roof on my ranch home and previously installed a patio door. They are a quality team of professional workers doing great workmanship and they will always be my first choice for home improvements.

They did a flawless job on our entire pitched roof and we asked them to also fix a leak caused somewhere near a small flat roof we have over our breezeway. It looked like the leak came from the roof, but when rain still came in, they came back twice and then spent three days and all new materials to replace not only the flat roof but halfway up the siding where a preexisting roof had been before an addition which was actually causing the original leaking - for free! I was looking for an attractive, long lasting, recyclable roofing material to be installed by someone familiar with the product., and having Miller Custom Exteriors install EDCO Generations HD metal shingle roofing with coordinated covered gutters turned out to be the perfect solution. The quote by Miller Custom Exteriors was very reasonable compared to other quotes I’d had for metal shingles. I was given a long list of homes roofed by Miller in different styles and colors of my product, so I could go to look at them. With a shiny metal roof, I was able to see how the roofing looks very different in the sun. The employees on the job were personable, easy to work with, happy to anwer questions, attentive to detail, and really hardworking, even in the snow and freezing cold!! Communicating with my salesperson and with those in the office was a pleasure as well. I couldn’t be happier with the look of the metal shingle, and how it almost fools you into thinking it’s shake! The gutters and covers are heavy duty, made to go with the metal roofing, and and give the roof a professional finish. They guarantee they will clean out my gutters if they clog, and so far so good. Needing wood cedar siding repairs our home, my wife and met met with a number of contractors. Miller Custom Repairs was not the first contractor we interviewed, nor were they last. However, none were as thorough and precise in their analysis and how it should be done. Initially, we met with Lorin and he listened to what we wanted. After listening to us, Lorin reviewed the entire exterior of the house and observed additional problem areas and made recommendations, which we immediately adopted. We contracted with Miller Custom in mid April and they executed the plan to perfection. My wife has a sharp eye for detail and could find no fault in the work performed. We both are very happy with the completed work. An added plus, was that prior to the start of the project and during the work, Lorin was always available to answer questions and work out any minor details. We found the communication between us and the company excellent and made the relationship a fruitful one.

My husband and I registered on a metal roofing installers website so that we could get estimates for a metal roof on our home. Several responded, but none impressed us as much as Miller Custom Exteriors. Lorin Miller came to our home with all kinds of information - samples, colors, brochures, and an estimate. He even took his shoes off when coming into the house since it was raining. That alone impressed us. We were assured that the work would only take one day and they would clean up any debris left over from the work. Day of the work, they showed up promptly, with their own dump bin, and several guys. Everyone snapped to work right away and the work was done in about four hours. We honestly thought it would take all day! They cleaned up after themselves - some went around and picked up nails, others picked up bits of plastic and roofing, and Joe, the supervisor actually got on his knees to look for nails in the driveway. We were so impressed with the way they got the job done and have recommended them to other people who are looking for a new roof.

We are extremely glad we selected Miller Custom Exteriors. The job started on time, progressed daily, and finished within the projected schedule. Everything was done just as promised. The tradesmen were skilled, professional and helpful. Loren and Ed not only helped us in the selection of quality materials, they suggested various ways to improve the design. This company does more than just gutters and roofing. They also replace windows and redo bathrooms. In the past, they have roofed our house, put new gutters and downspouts on the house, and replaced a few windows. The carpenters who worked on these projects were courteous, skilled, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. After the roofing project I didn't find one nail or shingle around the perimeter. I highly recommend this company.
