Method Homes built our vacation dream home on a remote island some time ago now. I've watched my children grow up there and as they head into young adult hood, our family continues to cherish every moment and make memories in our beautiful Method Homes home. Building on our non ferry serviced island lot was no easy feat but Brian Abramson and Mark Rylant figured out a plan and executed that plan flawlessly. In fact, my husband and I had so much trust in these two gentleman and the entire Method Homes crew, that we didn't step foot into our new home during the entire construction process...not once. We didn't see our Method Homes home outside of pictures the crew texted me until we pulled up to the dock and Brian and Mark walked us in with cheese and wine in hand and said, "Welcome Home." We trusted them implicitly. Brian and Mark were just as excited to welcome us and show us around as we were to see it! The Method Homes designers and architects at Balance Associates met with my husband and I several times to get a flavor of our style and the finishes they chose from the tiles to appliances to cabinets and shower fixtures their designers picked out were exact to our taste. If there were any problems or issues, they were handled by Method which makes the excitement of moving into a new home all the more stress free and joyful. My family and I continue to love and enjoy our Method Homes home and we are grateful to Method for all they have done for us. We look forward to transitioning our vacation home to our permanent home and watch our grandchildren someday make memories of their own there. Without hesitation, we recommend Method Homes.

We are home owner builder developer with passion in innovative design and sustainable building methods. MH came through our research and we visited the manufacture several times prior and during our contractual relationship. From top to bottom line personnels, financial to manufacture departments, were all VERY quick and responsive. They were miles away but they and their support often feel closer than any other onsite trades we've dealt with. Budget was right on the dot and clear. Construction was precise and square! The only thing I had wished were more photo available for tracing what was behind drywall. But a change of personnel prompted and contributed to the little confusion and was quickly remedied. I think it was also Mark's and Brian's personalities that shone through the company on its ethics and workmanship. We had a nothing but respect for this fine company and wish them very well!

We were shopping for a primary residence in the Seattle area, and had all but given up due to the low inventory and competition. After some time, we began to consider building instead of buying. This is when we met Brian and Method Homes. Even before we had a location purchased, Brian and crew were very helpful in evaluating various lots for feasibility. Finally, after acquiring our property and working through the initial design, our new house began construction at the Ferndale factory. The crew here were great - the process allowed a number of occasions for us to drop in, make a few changes, and see how progress was coming along. The 'installation' of the modules was by far the biggest part of the process. It involved fitting a large crane, plus 4 oversize loads through narrow Seattle streets and alleys. Method made all the arrangements to keep the streets clear and warn the neighbors, and the day went off great. Just before sundown, each module was installed and we were able to walk inside our new home. The time period from start at the factory to move in was about 6-7 months. We've been at our new house about one year now, and couldn't be happier. The quality of the home is impeccable. We toured a lot of new construction before deciding to build and we feel very lucky to have a home built with the care and craftsmanship that is standard with Method Homes.

Method homes delivered our home two years ago and we are a very, very satisfied customer. They have been professional, friendly and accommodating from the initial design to the finished product. They exceeded out expectations by coming in within budget and delivering ahead of schedule - not often achieved it the construction world! We were Method Homes first client "way back" in 2009. I met Mark Rylant and Brian Abramson the year before to talk about some details about our property. We were developing a challenging one acre on Lake Whatcom in Bellingham, Washington. I knew I needed something that would be strong, architectural, beautiful, and fit within our budget. I had a good feeling about Mark and his dreams for Method Homes. Fast forward to 2016 and we have been very pleased with our home. It has been all we wanted. Working with Method was very efficient. The foundation and home were constructed at the same time. So turnaround was very fast and the crane set was amazing given our tight parameters. The home exceeding our hopes. To this day I call on Method when I need to and they are very happy to help me out. I would not hesitate referring future clients their way.

My wife and I contracted with Method to build a 2450 sq. ft. Cabin Series home in West Sonoma County, California in 2014. The result was a high quality beautiful home that met all our expectations. We were able to modify the design to suit us, both architecturally and in construction details. We were able to interact with the construction staff remotely during construction to resolve issues as they arose. The house was completed and delivered precisely on the agreed timeline. The contract was executed precisely, at the agreed price and settle up on final details was fair, easy and totally to our satisfaction. Most importantly, I have never worked with any person or business that was as professional, ethical and responsible as Method Homes and their staff. Very nice houses! We broke ground on September 9 and moved in on January 15. The head of construction there, Mark Rylant, is a gentleman. You can trust him and the houses he builds.

We contacted Method homes regarding a piece of property that we were considering building on. They immediately responded to our inquiries, and even went as far as providing a general survey of the property to assess whether it could do what we desired. While we, in the end did not go with the property, we appreciated Method Home's knowledge and experience in the area and hope to find a property to work with them on in the near future.
