This was the first time I did anything like this. I sold my house to them for a fair price understanding that they had to do some updating and remolding. The only issue I had, and I am sure it was due to clerical errors on someones part. It took tool long to get the name switched after closing which required me to pay at least a months extra utilities, if not 3 months
