We hired The Lykos Group because of the team of professionals they had on hand to start our project the very minute we decided to use them. We completely redid an 8th floor condo in Park Shore which was a new experience for us as we have only lived in single family homes all our lives. We reconfigured the laundry and kitchen to create a very spacious and workable area. The master bath and closet were reconfigured as well. A very unusually shaped third bedroom was outfitted with custom floor to ceiling shelves and an entertainment center to create what has become a favorite room of our home----an office, a library, a media room and best of all, a man cave. The interior designer collaborated beautifully with our interior designer "up north" to find the perfect fabrics or to use local work shops to carry out fabrics already selected. She was a great help in carrying out the vision I had for our space rather than dictating a particular style or look, which can often be cookie cutter. The various glitches that inevitably occur have been dealt with satisfactorily. We are definitely pleased with the result and enjoy sharing our space with friends and family.

We purchased a 22 year old condo and Lykos was hired to completely redesign and build a new kitchen and two baths. In addition, an office was created in the existing laundry room and the laundry was moved into a large closet. As part of the design, a paint color scheme compatible with our exiting furniture was selected along with wallpaper, shades and cornices. The Contractor did the work in the time specified, including difficult venting issues, and has been very solicitous. They are completing the punch list which is down to three items two weeks after we have moved in.

We hired The Lykos Group for a interior remodel of a villa built in 1984. Few renovations had been made to the interior of the home but, of course, we wanted to keep the budget manageable. As we approached this project, another concern was doing the project long-distance and trusting that everything would be done correctly in our absence. Tom and his group provided a very detailed "Scope of Work" on the front end as well as a detailed estimate. For the most part, once the bids were let, they stayed close to the original estimate. We were assigned to a job supervisor that didn't communicate well with us but once we explained the issue to Tom, he corrected the problem so that we could move forward. They also provided online photos of the progress of the work. Now that the work is almost completed, we are very happy with the results and will use The Lykos Group for again in the future for the exterior remodel.

Did a major home renovation for us. Professional and friendly, they employed very capable subs and the project came in very close to budget.

We purchased a home built in 1984, sold by the original owner, not much work had been done over the years. We wanted to upgrade bathrooms and kitchen, and we ended up with issues behind the walls that we did not know about, so the project became a gut, we now have all new flooring, windows, doors, everything.

We bought a condo in Pelican Bay which needed extensive remediation and remodeling. We hired The Lykos Group to help us throughout this project. They created the remediation plan for removal of existing walls, cabinets, floors, etc., prepared blueprints which included relocation of walls and some utilities, obtained all the building permits and condo assocation approvals, and handled all the construction. They were extremely professional, very attentive, and kept us well informed as to status (we live 1400 miles away!) Other people at our condo association commented on how well they were kept informed when things were happening that might affect their units. We are thrilled with the finished project, which was completed on time and on budget, and is beautiful. Tom Lykos has great people skills as well as being a wonderful designer and contractor, and all of the company's staff we worked with were great as well. We highly recommend them.

Lykos Group was very professional, easy to work with, organized, neat, timely. Customer service is excellent! We had a very large project, and are quite please with our newly re-constucted home.

They remodeled the half of our house that was mainly the kitchen, family room, den, and 2 bathrooms. They are now remodeling the other half of our home which contains the bedrooms and their bathrooms. There have been glitches, but they have addressed them in as timely a manner as they could. The owners and supervisors at all levels have been involved with these projects and given us excellent advice and suggestions which we have happily utilized. We have had many family situations which caused us to change dates for different projects, and The Lykos Group have worked with us in each instance. I have referred them to many friends.
