Lindsey at LWB Design Landscape Architecture has been incredible to work with and we are so grateful to have found her. Throughout the entire process so far, she has been communicative, prompt, patient, thorough, efficient and organized. She responds quickly and with clarity to our questions; she offers novel suggestions with an understanding of our aesthetic preferences; and she proposes creative solutions to budget constraints and structural limitations. She has translated our desired vision into a beautiful design that also incorporates allowances for technical considerations (such as lot grading, drainage and local climate) all within the spatial confines of our property. Lindsey continues to be a pleasure to work with on our new home construction project. Our site is complicated and she is resourceful and a great problem solver. Lindsey continually brainstorms, calculates and uses her landscape architect expertise to make the most of the site. She is a true professional with our best interests in mind. We are thrilled with the outcome and her ability to use a variety of tools to convey images and 3D models for us to see the project. Lindsey is a valuable part of our home building team!

Lindsey has done wonderful work for us!! She was initially hired for a pool project in our backyard she outdid herself in every way with creativity, getting approvals from the city, and coming up with innovative ideas for our limited backyard space! We were so happy with Lindsey's work we continue to use Lindsey as our architect for our therapy centers where we have an outdoor looking sensory room. Lindsey did a beautiful design, went way above our expectations in her design work, collaboration with structural engineers, building architects and all team members involved in this project. Lindsey is extremely creative and thinks outside the box! She is a true professional and does great work!!

Lindsey's attention to detail, professional attitude and easy-going nature have made her an asset to my landscape team. It was a great pleasure for my fiance and I to work with Lindsey Baker in designing our new pool house, pool , and extensive landscaping in Hunting Valley, OH. Lindsey is the complete package. First and foremost is her creative design capability backed up by experience and talent. Our LWB project was comprehensive: a new, custom modern home with 3+ acres of land requiring everything from grading, lighting to all things green The process began with Lindsey quickly understanding our goals through good listening and interaction. These owner objectives get married up with her vast knowledge of all things landscape organic: trees, grasses, bushes and the like. The green scape is then complimented by hardscape: walkways, stones, fencing, lighting - there wasn't anything we encountered that Lindsey couldn't handle. The project design gets refined with Zoom design reviews and on-site visits, allowing important input from all stakeholders. In our case, this required Lindsey to also work closely with our custom home builder, which went smoothly. Lastly, Lindsey is extremely organized. The design review notes are well documented and the site and construction drawings are very professional so that owners and landscapers will understand the expectations without confusion. Her invoices are accurate and detailed. If you want a top notch design and a true professional, Lindsey is your person.

We've been working with Lindsey on an extensive redesign of the landscaping at our mid-century modern home. Lindsey brought new concepts to us and at the same time, integrated our ideas into a design that beautifully extends the footprint of our home. Ours has been a complicated project, with a reflecting pool, waterfalls, a 100'+ rock wall, a seat wall, and thousands of plants that she carefully selected for our location (and native to Ohio as well). Lindsey has advocated for the best possible work from our contractors, and has overseen the work in great detail. I highly recommend LWB Design. Both the process and product have been stellar.

Lindsey was wonderful to work with. She listened to our concerns and collaborated well with our hydro engineer and the city engineer to come up with a plan to address our property's flooding concerns. The plan combined form and function beautifully. We had the opportunity to move before the project was able to be installed, but the plans were well thought out and communicated to all parties and we were well on our way. We would work with Lindsey again with any future project.

I highly recommend LWB Design. Lindsey turned my limited awareness of possibilities into a design (2-level deck, summerhouse, landscaped shrubs) that is environmentally fit, stylish, practical and, most importantly, a landscape I comfortably call home. My wife and I highly recommend LWB Design. Lindsey delivered an excellent design, handled the bid process, and worked with the contractors to deliver our dream yard. Lindsey is easy to work with, very thorough, and always available. She paid attention to the smallest details and made sure all requirements were completed by the contractors. Overall, working with Lindsey was a great experience.
