As a local North Texas swimming pool company we sell, install and service in ground swimming pools. Our goal is total customer satisfaction, safety, service, and quality. For that reason we have partnered with the best manufacturers in the swimming pool industry. We install Jandy, Pentair and Hayward products. Along with Polaris and Zodiac cleaners. We also offer a wide variety of other products including lighting, audio/video, and everything else related to outdoor living. We build custom gunite swimming pools in virtually any size or shape that you can imagine. As well as any and everything else to complete the perfect outdoor experience. We want to thank Lucent Pools for their help in making a complete pool remodel painless from beginning to end. Their entire team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We contracted Lucent Pools to repair the structural cracks in our pool. Duane and his crew did an outstanding job using Carbon Fiber to repair the cracks in the Gunite structure of our pool. A different crew removed 3 layers of plaster; another crew replaced the coping and the tile. Both of these crews did a great job and we were very happy with the final results. Justin and Richard recommended using Pebble Sheen as our new pool surface and helped select our new pool surface color. We were very happy with our choice, it looks great. Nick applied the mastic and did an excellent job on all the follow up work in starting up the new pool. Justin made sure everything ran smoothly and always answered our questions either by text or phone. He was always available to ease our minds. We were impressed with the timely manner things were completed. Justin always came by to inspect the progress during and after each step was completed. We wish to express our gratitude to Justin, Nick, Richard, Duane and each person involved in completing this job. We are very pleased with our completed pool and already enjoying it. We must say, by the time our pool was completed, the Lucent Pools’ Team feels like family to us.

Nick did a fantastic job replacing the mastic around our pool. He always goes that extra mile to achieve perfection. I highly recommend using Lucent Pools.

Had a booster pump installed and the next day the filter pump wasn’t circulating water. Called Justin and he walked me through getting it working again. Great service and the main reason I will always use Lucent.

We decided to install a pool late in the summer last year and began researching companies. We had several come out to give us bids and decided on Lucent. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive bid we'd received but they did have the most experience in their field as well as were the most professional so with our informed decision, we hired Lucent. Any time we had a question prior to the groundbreaking as well as during the installation, they answered immediately. We were never left hanging for days like we were with the other contractors. From the groundbreaking to the day of completion, it was nothing but a professional experience. It's a daunting task to have something as tedious as a pool installed but we can honestly say we did not, at any time, feel overwhelmed because Richard or Justin were always present to answer questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Our pool is seriously the most beautiful one in our neighborhood and by the end of the project, Lucent had contracts for three houses on my street. Since we had them install the pool, we also decided to have them install an entire backyard experience and we could not be happier with the result. It looks absolutely incredible! Magazine-like results! We HIGHLY recommend Lucent Pools.

We hired Lucent Pools to construct an outdoor kitchen, bar, fire pit and built-in planters on our rooftop deck. The two partners were professional and courteous and really took ownership of the project. They were on site whenever any work was being done, they stuck strictly to the initial budget they had given us (even throwing in extra tasks like installing lighting fixtures we bought without charging us). They were very helpful coming up with a design; we didn't know exactly what we wanted, and they provided plenty of ideas without overwhelming us with options. It looks fantastic now, and we are really enjoying our new outdoor space. The only down side I can site is that it took nearly twice as long as originally estimated. We had a few brief weather delays, but I think the fact that they do most of the labor themselves, while it gave us comfort, also limited the amount of time they could spend working on our project. There were stretches where no work was done and we didn't always know when they would show up exactly. We weren't in a rush so it was no big deal, but I think if they want to grow their business they will be forced to outsource more of the labor.

Lucent Pools built a therapy pool for me about a year ago. I gave them my ideas and they drew up plans that I was very pleased with.. All work was supervised, I have received excellent service during the building of the pool and at the present. Concerns I have are taken care of immediately. I have been very pleased with Lucent Pools, and would recommend them to anyone. Gloria Cox
