Loom Decor has been a go to source for window treatments, custom bedding and pillows. As a small business I am often looking for vendors who offer a variety of options at a price point my clients can appreciate and Loom is the perfect source for that. The offer excellent customer service, a great swatch program and the turn around time is just unbelievable! I highly recommend using Loom as a resource for your home or business.

I have a design business (Delicious Kitchens and Interiors, LLC) located in Charleston, SC and I have access to high quality workrooms and professionals available only to the trade. I am happy to report I'm truly impressed with all of your business practices... the quality and attention to detail begins with customer service during the order process and continues through shipping with high quality merchandise arriving tied with a bow. The styles are current/fresh and samples arrive quickly. I would not hesitate to specify your products for my discerning clientele.

I spent the time ordering fabric swatches then designing Roman Shades with this company. I had seen an advertisement on their Facebook for 30% with promo code YESPLEASE. The one I saw had no expiration date. When I tried to pay it rejected it. I then google searched and found another one for 30% off promo code STORE POLICY for new customer to Loom Decor for December. Again I was rejected. Could not get anyone to pick up phone during their normal work hours and waited hour for chat message to work only to have them say sorry must be scam advertising. So people just take the time to use their logo and advertize coupon for free according to them, not to mention they mislead on their own facebook advertising so no one to blame on that one. Clearly not customer service savvy or they would have honored their misleading ad to me. They offered 15% off as quote "good will" Was negative reviews worth the 15% savings they were saving since my order was over a $1,000 that should have been a no brainer. The VP of Sales made the brilliant customer service call and lost future business as well as that sale.

My bedding desperately needed a facelift, and the Loom Decor shams I ordered were the perfect fun pop I needed. I loved getting to design the shams online. Loom sent me samples of the fabrics I had narrowed it down to which made me confident in my final design decision. I will definitely be using Loom again.

I received some gorgeous Loom Decor napkins as a gift and I absolutely love them. Napkins are one of those things that can be easily overlooked but I have found that I pull them out all the time whether it's a week night dinner or formal entertaining. I needed extras in time for the holidays and Loom rushed my order with no charge. I will definitely order from Loom again!

I ordered samples and was impressed at how quickly they were shipped. The fabric, itself, is beautiful, and I was very pleased with the quality. It is hard to choose which fabrics I will select - there are so many gorgeous and on-trend options available!

One fourth the cost. Spoke with super friendly and helpful Blair. Arrived packaged to hang without a wrinkle. They look wonderful! I couldn't be happier.

The workman ship on the drapes I ordered is excellent. Customer service was great. They contacted me to let me know that the shipment was two days behind schedule. The provide custom curtains at a great price -- and made in the USA.

The website was beautiful and has really lovely fabrics and designs. I found several items I was interested in and ordered two samples, complimentary! I also received an email from a design expert and we discussed my décor and desires, and with her help I was able to make my decision. She was great! I received the curtains I ordered and they are beautiful! I love them! The fabric, style and quality are wonderful!. I've had several compliments and have already referred Loom Décor.

I ordered a custom pillow from Loom Decor about six months ago. I loved it when it arrived and I recently ordered two more pillows for my family room sofa from them. My order was again processed in a timely manner, their customer service representative I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and the quality of the pillows are excellent.
