Simply Kitchens and Baths

We have used Simply Kitchens and Baths twice now. First for an upscale bathroom remodel and then an entire home remodel. They are a fantastic company to work with. They are very customer focused and have many creative ideas to help bring your vision to life all while staying within your budget.

I love working with Lisa & Debbie. I have done several different projects and keep coming back to do more.

Debbie and Lisa did a wonderful job with the renovation of our master bedroom and bathroom and we are very pleased with the outcome. They were very easy to work with. The contractor, Bob and his crew from Kel Renovations, did an excellent job.

We asked Debbie and Lisa to demolish, design and rebuild our kitchen - original to our 1978 house, with an unfortunate "refresh" in the mid '90s. We were so impressed by the time and care they took in submitting their initial proposal - we ended up on time, and under budget. We now have a beautiful and functional heart of our home we're looking forward to enjoying for many years. Debbie and Lisa and their team were a pleasure to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We wholeheartedly recommend Simply Kitchens and Baths!

We used Simply Kitchen and Baths (SKB) to update our master bath and were very pleased with the process and could not be happier with the results. Our house was built in 1939 and much of the fixtures in the bathroom were original (the toilet had the 1939 date stamped on the inside). We wanted to separate the bath from the tub without moving walls. To do this was no small feat given the modest size of the bathroom by today's standards. Deb and Lisa were extremely patient as it took several months and several iterations of plans to meet our expectations as we strived to maximize the space and adjusted our expectations along the way. Once construction began SKB was at our house regularly to check on the work of their contractor and make sure we were satisfied with the progress. This was not a quick project: demolition alone took a week as the walls and floors were set in 2" of concrete with steel reinforcement to boot; every plumbing, sewer line, outlet, and the hvac vent required movement. Because of the tightness of the space adjustments were required and handled well. We wound up with a very high end bathroom which we will enjoy for years to come. On top of that the professionals at SKB were just enjoyable to work with.

Lisa and Debbie were very easy to work with. Took my ideas and incorporated them into a beautiful design! They were flexible, cost conscious, and accommodating. I would highly recommend using Simply Kitchens and Baths for your remodeling needs!

Simply Kitchens and Baths did a complete renovation of our master bath: rebuilt the shower enclosure, new tile and fixtures in the shower, new vanity, new tile floor, new countertop, faucets, and other accessories. They also refreshed a powder room with new vanity and countertop and refreshed guest bath with a repainted vanity and new countertop. We were extremely pleased with our experience with Lisa and Debbie. They were attentive to our goals and budget for our projects and made excellent suggestions for colors and styles of tile, fixtures, cabinetry and counters, that would fit both our budget and give us the desired look. For instance, they suggested painting the guest bath vanity, as a cost saver, rather than a whole new cabinet, and it turned out great. The construction crew (Bob, Bo, and Ted) were very professional, conscientious, and did excellent work for us. We enjoyed having them in our home! Most of all we appreciated the personal attention and high level of communication throughout the project (a welcome change from some other contractors we’ve worked with) - we always knew who was coming on a given day and what work they would doing. We are looking forward to the next project SK will be doing for us - laundry room update (much smaller, but long overdue!)

We recently had a kitchen and bath makeover and it turned out great. Lisa was able to take my ideas and give her own input to create a beautiful open space ( taking down the soffits was one of the best ideas!) Our home is 32 years old and we simply wanted an update without breaking the bank. Bob,Beau, Ted and Joe were very meticulous and fun to work with. Lisa and Bob came up with a beautiful plan to give new life to our old cabinets and the results were amazing, Lisa’s coworker, Debbie was very helpful too. I love love love my new kitchen. The most recent job completed by Simply Kitchens and Baths, was an update to our half bath and main bathroom upstairs. Debbie is a joy to work with! She is able to look at what styles and colors we have in the house, and tie that into the theme for the remodel. Bob and his construction team are very detail oriented. They spent a great deal of time patching and sanding walls after a nasty removal of some wallpaper (the walls were not sized before the wallpaper went up). I look forward to working with them again on a kitchen update.

Lisa and Debbie collaborated with us on a master bathroom renovation - What great energy and ideas they brought to our project. We know we were looking for a contemporary look, while maintaining a welcoming feel (reminiscent of a "Coastal Living" look. A year and a half later I am still thrilled every time I walk into the room!

Hired Simply Kitchens and bath to do some Custom Kitchen work. From start to finish we were amazed at how awesome they were. Not only great design and work, they were a blast to work with. We recently hired the Simply Kitchens and Baths team to remodel our low functioning, dated kitchen. To make matters more interesting, we engaged their services when I was more than seven (7) months pregnant! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. We worked closely with Debbie on our design needs and tight timeline. We were thrilled with the design concepts and her collaborative approach to the project. We were also impressed with the company's attention to detail not simply in design but also on the logistics/project management side. And the team is just plain nice and very understanding.
