Lift & Stor Beds

I don't normally write reviews but this was such a bad experience I felt that people should know about it before committing to an order. This company is severely lacking in customer support. After taking almost 3 months to get our bed we proceed to put it together and what a nightmare. They provided probably the worst assembly instructions that I have ever seen. Plus there were parts that had no function and we had to drill holes on one of the parts that they failed to drill for us at the factory. We tried to contact their support phone number and all you get is a message stating that they don't have any physical locations anymore. Is that an excuse for never answering their phones? They never did return the call. Apparently customer service is very low on their priority list. I would never purchase anything else from them again.
