After hearing all the nightmares about builders and building a new home, we interviewed three custom home builders. We selected Lerman Construction. It was a pleasure to work with this company. Our plans were in great detail which were followed exactly as drawn. The home was constructed in a timely manner and stayed within the proposed budget. After hearing all the terrible stories about building a new home, none of which was true dealing with Joel Lerman and his staff and crews. It was fun and a pleasure for my wife and myself to commit to such a large undertaking. I would recommend this company without reservation. If I were to build again, I would not interview any other builders. I would just call Joel Lerman and procede.

Joel and his team provide excellent customer service. They build a high quality home and bring it together on time and on budget. They are adept at dealing with the inevitable unexpected things that happen in the course of a job.

Joel did two major projects for us. He gutted our lakefront home and built a gorgeous home! He then remodeled a brownstone for us and it is beautiful!

As a Senior Design Consultant for California Closets I have worked with Lerman Construction Management on several projects. The client is the most important focus and what they expect and desire comes first. The homes they build are beautiful and every single detail is completed to perfection. My experience has been nothing but positive and pleasant.

Joel Lerman of Lerman Corporation completely remodeled my Birmingham house and my Ann Arbor condominium. Joel recommended white oak floors for my kitchen. I love them so much that I had them installed throughout my entire house. Lerman Corporation designed and installed bookcases/TV units for my den and master bedroom, several walk-in closet's and turn my lower level and garage into show places! Beautiful new cabinets with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms gave my house and condo a completely fresh look. Lerman Corporation's attention to detail, professionalism and artistry sets them above all others!

When I think of the Lerman Company. I think of quality, custom, pays attention to detail, best value for the money, follow thru, conscientiousness, loyalty...... From a vendors point of view.......price conscience, diligent in scheduling, attentive to his job(s) While still being a pleasure to work with.

The Lerman construction group completely remodeled our home in 2 projects. Not only were they clean and respectful of our home, they Made the process easier with their quick response and were Aleays willing to address our concerns or questions . The owner Joel, ,has a great eye and really helped us with the design. He provided us with a concierge style of doing business and it really made a project that I was dreading . so much easier. Would highly reccomend this company

The home we purchased needed to have an extensive amount of work done. After meeting with several general contractors, my wife and I decided to have Lerman Company do our renovations. The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. I was stressed by the scope of the job, but Joel Lerman was personally involved, reassuring, and provided some great alternatives to keep us within budget. Since the initial work, we have used Lerman for several other projects.
