Senior Staging Consultant, has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including sales, design, staging and consulting. This energetic professional, has decorated over 600 new and resale properties, all of which have been successfully marketed and/or sold. Kathleen has a splash of style and elegance that will turn a ho-hum property into a definite WOW !! Kathleen specializes in the luxury home market. She holds an Interior Decorator Certificate from Penn Foster College of Design is a member of the International Design and Decorating Professionals (IDDP), a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and has held an Illinois Real Estate License. She serves as a principal and vice-president of Staging Homes by Design Inc.

I am a real estate broker and have had a professional relationship with Kathleen for several years. She is the only stager I work with and I would not think of listing a home without her help. She literally transforms the homes and her staged homes sell faster and for a higher price than homes which are not staged. I give her a big thumbs up!!

I am so amazed by Kathleen's talents that I am a repeat customer. After Kathleen staged my home which was for sale I almost decided not to sell. Needless to say, my house sold within days because of Kathleen!!!!! I have hired Kathleen to do my new house and love what she has done. I have also referred her to my friends and family and they too are amazed at how talented and professional she is!

I am a realtor and have used Kathleen for staging my listings for 10 years. I rarely list a home without her. She performs magic by taking a cluttered blah home and turn it into a "model home: with the owners belongings. She has an eye for furniture and accessory placement that just makes it all work. Sellers constantly say, "Wow, I don't want to move now!" Many times sellers ask Kathleen to help them decorate their new home with paint choices, window treatments, furniture and accessories. She has a great personality and professional attitude which my clients respect and will take her advice. I don't know what I would do without her!
