We needed an entryway into our mudroom that matched the front entryway, and we can’t praise Kevin Moquin high enough. Every single person who sees the addition, without exception, comments that it looks like it’s always been there. Actually, they EXCLAIM: “Wow! I never thought you needed anything there, but now that it’s there—WOW!” The structure not only matches the front entryway perfectly, it’s also the perfect size and shape for the awkward little area it sits in. We’re blown away by how precise Kevin’s measurements and attention to detail were, and by how well he listened to us. We also really appreciated how timely he got the work done.

Kevin is an excellent designer and an absolute pleasure to work with - intelligent and creative, patient and a great sense of humor to boot! We have collaborated on a number of projects including my own kitchen/mudroom renovation, a project that required a special sensitivity for creating a functional space for today's living, in a wonderfully historic home. We are thrilled with the results and could not have had a better experience with the process. Kudos, Kevin!

Several years ago Kevin was the architect for the renovations on a home we had just purchased. It included adding a bedroom and all the windows in the home were replaced. Although we liked the home originally, it looked so much better after incorporating his ideas. Currently we are having some more renovations done on our home and, of course, Kevin is the architect.

Kevin designed a kitchen and powder room addition for us and we couldn't be more pleased. He understood what we were looking for in our new design, which meant that we only required very minor revisions to his initial draft. The design of our new space is so beautiful that it actually helped us sell our house for nearly $100,000 more than we paid for it just three years ago. The buyers' real estate agent couldn't believe how much the new space improved the overall flow of the house, compared to when he had seen it during the time it was for sale before. Kevin was very pleasant and accommodating, while also being confident and knowledgeable in his work. I highly recommend that anyone work with Kevin for their next design project.

We have a small house, 1100 sq ft, in Portland Maine. When we began meeting with Kevin we thought we would need an addition to improve our space. Kevin helped us to see we could save a major amount of money by keeping our current footprint. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable with design and building codes. He is an excellent listener, reliable, punctual, friendly, honest and over all great to work with! The best part is his services are very reasonably priced and he will come to you for meetings. He has had some great ideas and we could most definitely recommend him.

Комментарий в: Countertop?Hello Linda, Thanks for asking. The countertop is Avonite. The color is Sea Glass, though I think it may be discontinued. They do still have other translucent options.
