From the first moment I met them until we finished the construction of our custom built home I was so impressed with how much they cared about delivering a high quality product and employing top quality tradespeople. Every aspect of every item that went into our home was beyond beautiful; the flooring, the lighting, the millwork, the countertops and exterior finishes. Dakota Homes, is in my opinion, the best custom, home building company out there and I will definitely be building another house with them!

We have been a customer of Dakota Homes for about 12 years now. We are living in our third Dakota home (second custom build) and we have been extremely happy with the build process, the final product and service after our move in. They provided the design, color scheme, material choices, etc and worked with us to ensure we were happy with what they were going to provide and adjusted as needed. They made the process extremely easy for us, they managed the planning, engineering, permit process, demolition, build and landscaping. All we had to do was move in once they had finished. Everything they said they would do, they did and at the costs that they quoted us. We absolutely trust Dakota Homes with the largest purchase we will ever make in our lives. Their attention to detail caught mistakes well before we had a chance to find them and they had them fixed before we even knew there was a problem. Because they only do custom builds, they are on the leading edge of design and although our home is 2 years old now, when new people come and view our home they all say the home looks like brand new. Building a new home is not easy, there are a ton of moving parts with bylaws, inspections, materials, trades, etc. You need to work with someone like Dakota whom you can trust and knows what needs to be done to finish your home on time and on budget. We will not live in a home that wasn't built by Dakota now and we highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new home seriously consider working with Dakota Homes.
