Joes Custom Tile 01

I put half down in order for materials to be purchased for our bathroom project to be started. Contractors to start the job never showed up when they said that they would. At one point they were out of town for two weeks. They would never call us to let us know that there was a delay. The wrong tile supposedly was ordered. When we canceled the project and asked for a refund2 months later, we received only partial refund and that took a couple of weeks to get. The check that they gave us was post dated and when it was deposited in our bank we received a letter saying that the deposit was being delayed due to NSF. We are still awaiting the remainder of our refund. Although we have provided our mailing address for easy return we have yet to receive it. This is going on for 3 months. Hey say they will drop it off and never show up. Do not hire.

We are remodeling our master bath and required tile to be installed on the floors, shower and walls. The quality of the work is top notch. The guys were always professional, respected our space and each day cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any future projects. Highly, highly recommend!

I have used Joe for over 10 years on various jobs for my Interior Design firm. He does excellent work and is meticulous with his detail. He is highly skilled and can create a multitude of designs and patterns. I would highly recommend Joes Custom Tile.

Joe and his crew have been in my home several times for different projects. They installed tile in two bathrooms when we finished our basement. They also had to repair my master bathroom shower, and a project on the exterior where water was leaking into my house, and they repaired the area. Throughout every project Joe's sincere goal was making me happy with the job, he listened, and was incredibly respectful. He is also a visionary when,it comes to tile work. My master's tile was discontinued, so to help save me money by not redoing everything, he was able to match the smaller tiles, and made it look better than before. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a project completed.
