This company abandoned us midway through a basement renovation after having completed a large garage addition. They admitted to being in financial distress and took the money we had already paid but did not fulfill the terms of the contract. We successfully sued them and recovered a small portion of funds through the DPOR process, but we hope to help others avoid the negative impact this company had on our lives and the distress we went through.

Suncrest Builders renovated our master bathroom. The project went exactly as discussed, and John and his crew were professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices, excellent workmanship, and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I hired Suncrest Builders for a bathroom remodel. The job ended up turning into a lot more work than anticipated, due to a poor job done by the previous homeowners, but John and his team were able to overcome all challenges in an efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend Suncrest Builders for a project of any size or scope.

Suncrest Builders renovated my bathroom in the lower level of my house in Mclean, VA. They did an outstanding job. LuBosh, who did most of the tile work was exacting and perfect in his placement of new tile. He also installed the new shower, bath and vanity, including all new plumbing. Suncrest Builders also provided an electrician to install new cirucuitry as required. We could not have been happier with the outcome.

We hired Suncrest to install a staircase to our attic. They did an amazing job with not only the staircase but the rest of the house they were forced to deal with to maximize structural stability. Overall the job involved opening various walls, including bathroom walls, and planting down beams throughout the house to support the new stairs. The clean up and re-do of the tiling and dry wall was impeccable. Stairs came out better than we could have ever dreamed. Team was highly professional and talked us through every step as we approached it. Everyone who works for them knows exactly what they are doing and are incredibly good at it. Between electricians, carpenters, architects, painters, tiling guys, and more, there was not one slacker in the crew. They also catered to my allergies to paint fumes by using a specific brand of paint at no additional cost. Highly cost effective overall, we saved thousands by using Suncrest. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of a 6 week delay waiting on the stairs to be built which kept us at a standstill for awhile, but otherwise all of our expectations were surpassed.

This is not the first project I've worked together with Suncrest Builders. John, Bryan and their employes are wonderful. Will hire them again and will definitely recommend them. Already recommended them to a friend and she is very happy with her kitchen.
