О нас

Gordon Designed Homes is primarily a remodeling company that specializes in the finish aspects of your home, such as custom cabinetry, custom trim work, tile work, and hard surface flooring. We pride ourselves on doing things right the first time which has minimized call backs and warranty work. We stand behind our work to the point where we go beyond the recommended 1 year warranty and tell our clients they can call us 5 years from now and if it is a workmanship issue, we will fix it. To date, we have never had to. Our clientele consists primarily of professional people, such as, doctors, attorneys, business executives, and bankers. I can honestly say that a majority of the time, the response from our clientele is that we had exceeded their expectations and made their dreams come true. I started this business for this reason. We love what we do and offer it a reasonable and fair cost for all. There is no greater feeling than seeing people's reaction as they view the progress of their project everyday and of course at the conclusion. We are very lucky to make a living doing what we do for people.

Jason was hired to frame inside our metal building, did great on that, other then behind schedule. We then hired him at the end to do some finish work, which is his specialty!! Not satisfied at all!! He had poured concrete shower pan in 2 pours, he said he thought we tiling it, never did we ever discuss tile. Hickory wood cuts were all splintered, and the stain looks like amateur did it. He then took on a job at local hardware store which then put our jobs in back burner.

I had a small job, 450 square feet of vinyl flooring.but they treated it like it was a large and expensive project. Jason's team were on time, communicated extremely well, reasonable and flexible. My flooring looks absolutely awesome!! thank you so much Jason and team!! -Lillie

I just seen some of Gordon Design Homes beautiful work on this site. Looks Great!! I presently work for this company. Throughout my (20+) years of working in this Industry, I am very proud to say I work for Gordon Design Homes. Jason Gordon has proven to be very professional. He has passion for his work, his company, and his character. 3 characteristics difficult to find. As the Company photos clearly show. Ultimate professional. Knows how to listen to the client and achieve the desired outcome. Comes to a project with the mindset that this is my house, not only my clients home. Takes great pride in his work and knows how to direct the team to accomplish the task set before them. Not afraid to share thoughts and ideas in a respectful way to help achieve a custom finished project. In the end, client wins by having not only a beautiful custom design, but a great friend.

I personally experienced the quality and detail of the type of work GDH performs on a project involving the woodwork in the Softball Dugouts for a High School Sports Complex. The workmanship was superb and something the finished product is something the entire town can be proud of.

Jason and Dale completed the last of a first floor remodel including replacing almost all the first floor with hardwood and tile. The project wasn't an easy one because the builder had installed cabinets over existing hardwood which was to be replaced with tile. Jason retrimmed the cabinet bases out much better than the original, laid the top hardwood floor out beautifully, and created a highly custom backspash by cutting each piece of granite individually as a checkerboard inlay. As a remodel, we encountered more than a few unexpected issues in a relatively new home, but Jason and team were able to deal with and address every one of them. The project turned out beautifully.

I have used Gordon Designed Homes since 2008. There have been many projects, that were well thought out and Jason was extremely easy to work with. The projects turn out looking top of the line. He is very conscientious of my concerns and demands for how the job needs to be finished. Projects have ranged from whole house remodel, basement finish with bar, flooring, shower install, crown molding, retrim of house, deck, window replacement, and wall paper removal.

Complete remodel (gut job) on a 4300 square ft 1970s ranch. Ceilings were raised, sunken living room filled in, new kitchen with custom cabinets and an island that was the centerpiece of the home. The home was completed in less than 4 months. When complete it was a showplace. The workmanship was first class. Great job. Used them to do another home in 2014 which also turned out great.
