Health problems requires that I have A/C. My A/C stopped running. I called many services and either got no answer, recordings or schedules that were out too far. (The covid-19 is affecting all businesses) I finally got one that promised to be here on Sat. 30th between 8:00 to 5:00. The morning of the 30th, I got an E-mail stating that I was rescheduled to June 8th. Had I not checked my e-mail, I would have been waiting until 5:00 pm. NOT ACCEPTABLE.... I called J&J Plumbing and got a very nice scheduler and was scheduled for June 4th.. My repair man Nathan called to inform me he was on his way. Was on time. Was very professional and got to the issue immediately. He found several issues informed me about what needs to be done in the future. (No hard sell....I like that) I totally respect a company that has high standards and will recommend J&J to everyone I know.

Great service! We had no water from our well pump and J&J Plumbing came out on a Saturday to get it going. We were up and running in no time. Highly recommended!
