I had my roof redone last month and I had contact with Johnny. When I tell you that he is responsive, professional and honest that is a understatement. I am completely satisfied with the work he and his crew did on my home. I was completely comfortable being home while they did the work on my roof. I haven't had any problems with my roof since they completed the repairs. I'd recommend Johnny to anyone looking for professional and affordable roof repair. Look no further you've found a gem!

Our home was in need of new roofing, and we heard Jacob Roofing could do a good job. We called them and scheduled an appointment, in which they were very up front and honest about the prices and work required. In addition, they described the different options for materials to us. This was a very good sign, and we agreed to have them do the work. The crew that came was very professional as well as kind to us. They demonstrated very good work ethic and proactive-ness, which is of utmost importance during the COVID-19 times. We would have understood if there were a few mishaps due to corona; but there were none! The roof looks great now, and we have confidence nothing will leak and it'll last. Highly recommend if you need any roofing work done!

It's never fun having to replace your roof, gutters, fence, etc., but I am glad that I established a working relationship with Johnny and Jacob Roofing. We had recommended Johnny to almost 2 of my best friends many months ago and now have had to call upon him again for my own roofing needs. Just like my friends, all repairs were made seamlessly and clean up was perfect. It's good to know that your dealing with an established roofing company and not a fly by night company. These guys from Jacob Roofing are the best. They were working on our neighbor's roof and asked if we had problems with our roof. In fact, we did. They quickly gave us a very good estimate for a lot of work. They arrived the next day and finished the whole job in the most efficient manner. They were efficient and neat. The roof looks absolutely great. I highly recommend Jacob Roofing for any roof repair & replacement work.

Have worked with Jacob Roofing for several roofing projects in the past. Recently hired them to do my personal home, and I am very happy with the outcome. Very professional staff. Left the job site clean, which is hard to find. Workers worked very fast and efficiently. Passed inspection without any problems. Overall very happy with Jacob Roofing!! We've been homeowners for almost 5+ years and this was our first experience with roof replacement. Jacob Roofing was so professional and the process was so smooth from beginning to end. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with returned calls quickly, showed up on time, kept me informed, and was polite, helpful, and friendly. My questions were always answered and any concerns I had were addressed. The day of install went smoothly and we are so happy with the quality of work produced. They yard was cleaned of debris and nails when work was completed, with the exception of the gutters. We were not expecting to have nails shooting out of the downspout and onto the driveway and walkways after our first big downpour. Part of the process with Jacob Roofing includes an additional roof inspection post-replacement and that is a nice security blanket. Jacob Roofing made what can often be a difficult process, feel easy. These homeowners are now customers for life.

I am very satisfied with the entire re-roofing process of our home by Jacob Roofing. The salesman, Jake, provided excellent customer service. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very helpful with the insurance claim and adjustment process. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, completed the job within the expected time and cleaned up the work areas. The office staff kept us informed at every step of the process. Fantastic work done by Mike. I needed a last-minute roof inspection and he came to save the day. He was extremely thorough, provided a video, pictures, and an estimate, which is exactly what I needed. The company also provided an appointment confirmation and easy payment options. Mike also provided me with his professional opinion on what should be done first. Overall, a stupendous experience. Thanks a lot.

Mike and he’s team recently completed a strip and refelt of our garage flat roof. They completed the job quickly and all of the detailed work looks excellent. We were very happy with his work especially as his job was not made easy by the weather. He let us know when he would be on site and how the job was progessing as we wanted it all finished before party which Mike managed to do. Could not recommend Jacob Roofing enough. Also felt he was very well priced compared to other prices we revived and the job we got. Thanks again Jacob Roofing.

The guys were great. They showed up the day I called them and with in 2 days my roof was fixed. Which was great. The owner has several businesses and was also able to clean out my yard of all the overgrown trees and weeds, he also cleaned out my gutters. My house looks great now!!
