Not happy with the product. The designs are beautiful BUT I am concerned about the product quality. After my post-sale experience I would hesitate recommending this company to anyone.
I have ordered wallpaper for 2 bathrooms in September 2021, everything was specified and signed off, including dimensions and colours.
The wallpaper that has arrived and was installed in my bathroom is NOT what I ordered - there was a manufacturing issue where the colour "grey" came out as "green" - this happened to both wallpapers and unfortunately was discovered too late, once it has been installed. As a result the design of my bathrooms is affected - tiles, furniture and fittings were chosen with "grey" wallpaper in mind and not "green".
After we raised the issue the manufacturer has supplied replacement wallpaper in the original, correct colour BUT has refused to pay to have it installed, even though its their fault! So if I want to install the replacement wallpaper I now need to pay an additional $10,000 to have the work done! Given that I have already paid $10k to begin with, I cannot pay another $10k to rectify the manufacturer's error - so I now have wallpaper in the wrong colour, bill from an archirect who was liasing with the manufacturer and unusused replacement wallpaper standing around. Not the outcome I was hoping for! And it makes me wonder - if they got colour wrong, what else did they get wrong with the product? Will it really last as long and perform as well as the company claims?
So, if this is how the customer is treated with a relatively simple issue, can you really trust them to solve a much bigger problem or deliver on their warranty commitments? I would say no - go with alternative company that actually delivers good post-sale service and that you can trust to look after you
