My wife and I hired Matthias Troitzsch of Id8Bau, for the purchase and installation of a European front door/side window unit. Matthias took responsibility from start to finish, in counseling us and determining which door to order, what features we might want, what colors, and how to get it to our home and how to get it installed. It is a Pirnar door, manufactured in Slovenia; and, while it is incredibly beautiful, high class and high tech, it is not something which local contractors know how to install. So, what could have been a very difficult task was made much easier by Matthias. He was extremely available, helpful and can-do, from start to finish, both in the decision and ordering of the unit and in its installation. His judgment was invaluable at every step, and we are delighted with the result. My wife and I recommend him very highly and without reservation.
