Very professional and timely. She has so many creative idea that I would have never of thought of without her. I highly recommend Kim for your next project! I hired "Huston Design Build" to provide me with renovation options for a house I own out-of-state. While I did not engage them to perform the actual modifications, I found their work to be timely, cost effective, interesting (as in, not run-of-the-mill) and exciting. They helped me turn my vague ideas into concrete plans. I would recommend "Huston Design Build" to anyone I know.

Remodeled 2300 sq. ft. of 1960s house. Greatly improved layout and added significant value in updated master suite. Very focused on maximizing property value per dollar spent. Also great on materials selection, paint colors, etc. Good subs, stayed within budget and on time. Highly recommend.

Kim Huston is ultimate professional with passion to do the best work with budget in mind. My house was gut it to the studs and she is handling the rebuilding process. She uses the right set of skill people to do the work at fair pricing. She also has the right taste and her architecture skill and knowledge helped me to feel secure that we are doing the right type of decision making on our rebuild.
