We have worked for this builder over the 4-5 yrs and our company has experienced the highest level of professionalism as well as loyalty. We love working with Ramon and Marilyn. Their entire staff is incredible from Derick and Lauren to all the guys on site!! We're honored to be a part of this team!

Homeworks renovated our home for the previous owners three years before we purchased it. The look of the renovation is very pretty but the quality is not there. The AC they installed has no identifiable tags on it, to which every repair person comments about how odd it is and has made repairs difficult. Most recently, during a ceiling repair that we are undergoing, we discovered that one of the trusses in our ceiling has a 2 foot gap in it. The beam was cut and had a loose piece of wood sitting in the gap! This is what had, unbeknownst to us, been causing the ceiling to crack in the room. When we brought this to Homeworks' attention (after confirming with the previous owners that they did not have any work done on the home) and asked for them to right their wrong and repair the truss, they declined and added that the work wasn't originally completed for us and was completed 5 years ago (we've owned for 2 of the years). They are not standing by their work, which is a problem for subsequent owners of their homes - even with such a blatant wrong as a cut truss. Subsequent owners of their homes beware.

After interviewing several builders, we settled on Homeworks Builders 4 years ago, to build our retirement home. We'd never been through the homebuilding process, but Homeworks guided us though, patiently and skillfully. Marilyn, who is the designer, suggested I show her pictures of homes and rooms I liked. We had many conversations about the effect we were hoping to achieve, and she was able to translate our wants into the exact result we were hoping for. The build was quick, efficient and beautifully executed. The Homeworks Team operates like a fine ballet....there was always something going on, The project took 4 months, start to finish, and we ended up with the beautiful home we had hoped for. Most helpful to us, because we were on a budget, was the way all our options were spelled out. We were given a list of costs, and any overages were because of decisions we made to splurge on trims and packages above the budget Homeworks had given us. There was never an "oops" where the builder let us know that our bottom line was way over estimate. They stayed within our budget on every count. We are not the only Homeworks clients in the area, and eveyone I know for whom they've built for has been a satisfied customer.
