Tried to get parts that was missing from there product .Offered to buy them they would not sell me anything ? Tried to call and phone always Bussey ? Customer service very bad.

Absolute trash. Literally trash. I received a box for a 3 drawer dresser with 4 drawer fronts, tons of missing parts but with extra parts I couldn’t use. I contacted the company and because it was more than 30 days they can’t help and won’t help. They’ll only provide you with 4 parts if it’s within 30 days. Except I had way more than 4 missing parts. I just threw a couple hundred dollars down the drain for nothing. Waste of time and money. Do not buy anything from this company because if your box is bad, you have to throw everything in the trash, including your money.

If I can give 0 stars I would! I purchased 4 dining chairs in advance before the holidays. I put them together for the holidays and now one of the chair legs have broke, completely split, and I contacted customer service for a replacement leg and they said because my purchase has been longer than 30 days, they can no longer give me a replacement part. I can’t even buy the part! So I have brand new chairs and one with a broken leg. Their quality is lacking and the customer service is right behind. I know you get what you pay for but I didn’t think it would be this poor. Terribly disappointed.

I ordered a Home Styles kitchen island around Christmas and it arrived in perfect condition. It was heavy and I had to get some extra help to put together, but it didn't take too long once we got started. We use ours more as a buffet than an island and it works great and is really sturdy. I did have some trouble with the front doors not staying closed, but I just loosened the hinges a bit on those and it worked perfect! It's solid and high-end looking without a huge price tag. I would definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for an island or buffet.

We purchased a breakfast table and 2 chairs. The table arrived broken. The customer-NO-service only returned one of my numerous phone calls. They asked me to email photos of the damaged table. I emailed the pictures along with the invoice and four business days later have to receive ANY response. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company.
