I have been using Lisa’s services for the past 4-5 years and I have been using her home staging expertise ever since. Lisa listens to what and how the client wants the home staged and delivers on understanding the clients needs and budget. I had a beautiful VACANT townhome that my Seller thought they would try to list privately. After 2 months of them having it on the market at a lower price they had no offers. They enlisted my services to list their home. I recommended that they stage it with Lisa and they did. We listed their home $10,000 higher and the first open house we sold it for over the asking price with multiple offers.
