Nima Niazi’s Platinum home services handled our home renovation this year. Our goals were to 1-Stick to a timeline with a defined budget 2-Get honest advice from our GC and have skilled and trustworthy subs handle tasks related to masonry, plumbing, electrical work and painting. Nima and his team exceeded our expectations on every parameter. Nima runs a tight ship, the team were always disciplined and diligent, treating our home and our family with care and respect. Nima is an excellent communicator and was very quick in responding to our questions/requests. There was a rare day that he did not visit the site, in fact on most days he would be there first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening and was always present to personally oversee anything complicated. Hiring Platinum home services for our renovation was an excellent decision. They have transformed our house into a beautiful, elegant and updated home.We cannot imagine anyone else renovating our home other than Platinum home services.

We started working with Home Platinum Services in May and it has been an amazing experience. Nima and his team are very hard working, professional and always on time. The communication was great and I was always informed on what was going on and what the next steps were. Salim was constantly watching over to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. Nima made this an easy and worry free process for my husband and I. We are appreciative of how much this company went above and beyond to give us what we asked for and much more. Nima and his team did a complete remodel of our cookie cutter mid-90s bathroom. I don’t want to repeat what the many other reviews have already said but we’ve short listed several contractors and went with Home Platinum Services because Nima is your single point of contact for the entire project. From the initial meeting (where he actually took time to stop by in person vs. other contractors who have their office staff set up a Zoom meetings) to material selection to project management. Nima is very knowledgeable and response time is great. Our project was completed on time and within budget.

A few months ago, my wife and I decided that we were finally ready to remodel our kitchen. We did a Google search to find a remodeling company and chose Home Platinum Services because of its stellar reviews. Now that Nima and his team have completed the job, we are happily writing our own stellar review. Our new kitchen looks even more beautiful than we had imagined it would! We are happy not only with the final product, but also with the process. Nima was a pleasure to work with. He was always extremely professional, unflappable, and accommodating. We had originally scheduled the remodel for June, but then in early May we asked Nima if he could move everything forwards by a couple of weeks. He was able to make that happen. While his team was doing the remodel, we kept making small changes to the original plan, and Nima never showed any signs of impatience. We are planning to do some more remodeling soon, and we will definitely be asking Nima and crew to do the work for us.

I had a mold situation in my kitchen, living room and bathroom the root cause of which was a dishwasher that was leaking. As it was a big project and my first experience with a general contractor, I realized I had to do a lot of homework before I chose the right person. Compared to the effort and research that I had put in to find a mold inspector and mold remediation company, the effort involved in finding an excellent general contractor like Nima was substantial. I had practically read each and every review of the three contractors that I had shortlisted. Nima is excellent in many aspects - speed of communication, providing solutions and options. He patiently answered many questions that I and my wife had before and during the project. He communicated with my insurance company and negotiated well to get me what was needed to get the project done. He has an excellent team that has worked with him for many years. I also got some remodeling done at my cost during the project and so the entire project ended up involving a lot of professionals - kitchen cabinets, wood flooring all over my home, bath remodel - converting bathtub to walk-in shower, painting multiple rooms, can lights in the master bedroom, converting electric stovetop to gas stovetop and of course replacing my old dishwasher. Nima and his team completed the entire work ahead of schedule. At a time when most projects get delayed and overshoot the budget, Nima finished the work before time and within budget. There were many times that Nima visited my home to monitor and review the work progress. We have received many compliments for the hardwood floors that I got installed. I know that any future home remodeling that I do will involve Nima. Nima is one of the best professionals I have worked with to date.

The overall responsiveness, workmanship and professionalism displayed by Nima and his team during a challenging time was outstanding. He finished the job earlier than scheduled, with outstanding workmanship and attention to all the numerous details we wanted with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. In addition, what was most impressing was he was able to accomplish all of this during a challenging time when the cost of materials was astronomical and the availability scarce. His responsiveness was also very good and we always felt that we were in great hands. I would highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

We highly recommend Home Platinum Services! Our compliments to Nima and his crews for all the work they did. We completely gutted a 1970s bathroom, to include removing a half wall and cave-like shower and turned it into an elegant, modern bathroom. We gave them an almost-impossible timeline of two weeks (before Christmas!) and they delivered. All the subcontractors were very professional and timely. Nima checked on the project daily to ensure it was up to his and our standards. Really a superior job!

Nima from the beginning was professional. He listened and was patient while my wife and I tried to make up our minds on the project. Once we started the project Nima had the subs working very efficiently. There was not a day that the work was not being done. I was most impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work. It took five weeks to complete everything. That was exactly what Nima told us it would take. The cost was what we agreed on and no major up charges. I would highly recommend using Home Platinum Services to anyone who wants nice, professional, efficient, upfront, and truthful. I will use him again if I do other upgrades to my house.

So glad i met Nima. We had major damage from an attic leak due to our A/C malfunctioning. I was going to sub the whole job out since I used to build houses in the past. However, when Nima showed up to give me a bid on just the wood flooring we got into a detailed conversation of his business and what he does on an everyday basis. I decided to get him to give me a bid for the whole job. I could not have made a better decision. Plumbers, painters, electricians, tile guys, granite guys, you name it were involved and his bid wasn't a whole lot more than all their bids combined. I found that Nima is an engineer by education and is an excellent problem solver. He is also very honest and when there were surprises he solved them quickly and NEVER made a profit off of our misfortune. I will now use Nima on every home improvememt project that I undertake. He was always available and responded quickly anytime my wife or I had a question. After the project was over, if I called him he always answered or quickly called me back. He has an excellent reputation and has been in business for 15 years. He provided me with a certificate of insurance with 5 minutes of me asking for it. He is everything you need and want in a general contractor.

Home Platinum Services remodelled our master bathroom and did an outstanding job. Nima was very responsive, professional, attentive and welcomed new ideas. His crew was equally professional, always on shchedule and often left the work area clean. I will definitely go with Home Platinum Services again for my future remodelling projects and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We were out of town when our house was hit by the tornado. I made a frantic phone call to Nima. He was on site the next day securing the roof, shutting down water and gas to prevent flooding and fire damage. All this before we even signed a contract. Since then he has worked tirelessly to repair the extensive damage. The house looks better than before and was done in record time. We stayed within budget and got excellent quality. It was a huge relief to have someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to get us through this. Thank you Nima!
