Ordered flooring tile--nearly one month later (two days shy)--no word on order. I called to inquire. Surprisingly, order had "just" come in. Someone dropped the ball. The issue of "Lot" numbers was discussed before order was placed. When order arrived, "Lot" numbers were different. Called and spoke to manager about it--he needed to call me back, and I waited several hours . . . so, I took the liberty to call the manufacturer directly to inquire about the difference in Lot numbers! Voila! in a matter of minutes I had my answer. Manager did apologize for Sales Consultant's lack of follow up; however, he sounded defensive, and lacked empathy. I would NOT use this company again or recommend them to anyone I care about. I suppose the sale was too small. The sale was with a smile, but the service was with a frown!
