What a difference! On day 1, Tony came in with a vision. He immediately saw the potential of the space and came up with a plan we hadn't even considered. He and the team worked tirelessly to make our vision a reality and completely change the feel of our living space. Just take a look at the pictures, the work speaks for itself! We started out with a very enclosed kitchen area, completely siloed from the rest of the unit. But Tony saw an opportunity to open up the space and make use of the great natural light. We took down the walls between the living area and kitchen, reorganized the layout of the kitchen, and modernized the lighting, flooring, and paint of the home. Make no mistake, given the space and vision, this was no short order. Things had to be moved, adjusted, and reimagined. But the team was excited to see our project through to the end. Tony was involved and communicative throughout the entire process. As a first time homebuyer, a major renovation can be a daunting undertaking. But Tony and the team made the experience as simple and as seamless as it could be; talking us through different configuration options, the renovation process, and our options with regard to scope and budget. Speaking of which, I'm confident you won't find a more reasonably priced contractor. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Hoboken Kitchen and Bath and would absolutely recommend them. Tony and his team are top notch. Not only does Tony run a great team, but he is a man of character and fun to work with. He is always happy to offer his opinion and design advice and made our renovation much more painless than we’d anticipated. Of course not everything always goes perfectly, but we were quick to jointly solve all problems that arose (even while I managed part of this from Europe while traveling for work). His team is very trustworthy and takes pride in their work. They came back multiple times to patch things without a fuss, as I’m fairly anal and like things to be done perfectly. In terms of cost I think they are appropriately priced compared to others, but would choose Tony’s team over another if it meant only saving a couple bucks. It’s rare to find contractors/teams for a first project together where you’re comfortable letting them in your home without you being there. We live in an old brownstone…very old. Ran into plenty of issues with framing, waste pipes, drains, etc and all were handled well and with creative solutions. From the initial design meeting to the product selections to the cleaning company giving my place a deep clean after the renovations were complete, it was a joy to work with them. I first reached out Hoboken Kitchen & Bath in early December 2022 to inquire about a kitchen remodel. Fast forward to the end of January 2023, we already have a brand new kitchen and our project is complete! The owner, Tony, was quick to reply and very communicative from the get-go. He was able to get our project started as soon as we were ready and the entire remodel from demo to finish was done in record time - less than 2 weeks. Tony and his team brought our vision to life and we are thrilled with the results. Our project manager Charlie is the GOAT - any issue that popped up, no matter how small, Charlie took care of it and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We will be using Hoboken Kitchen & Bath for a few other smaller projects in our home - highly recommend!

Tony and his crew (Carlos, Jorge, Lucas and Sebastien) did an amazing job with the gut renovation of our 1750 sq ft (3BR/2.5BA) condo. This included complete makeover of all the bathrooms+kitchen, replacement of the wooden flooring in the living-room, refinishing the wooden staircase and installing recess lighting in the entire condo. All the guys in his crew are extremely talented and we were very happy with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Tony and his team for any construction project :)

Tony and his wonderful crew did a great job with the gut renovation of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. After the renovation was complete, they brought in Lucas to sand and refinish the wood flooring throughout our condo. We feel like our home is brand new! It is just beautiful. Carlos, George, Daniel and all the others went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They worked quickly and were very respectful and accommodating. They are such talented people- it seemed like they could do anything and fix everything. Tony has a great eye for design and the crew also gave us excellent advice. The contractor did a complete remodel of my 2br/2bath condo in Jersey City including full wood floor replacement, bath and kitchen remodel, electric fireplace wall installation and mantle, stair case remodel, bedroom entry addition, bedroom half wall (overlooks living room a la loft style) conversion to floor to ceiling glass panels, and complete repaint. It was a pretty big job and they did a fantastic job. I had a lot of control over what finishes and designs I wanted but my also loved that the contractor also came in with design ideas and options without having to hire a separate design person. I took some time to finish but a lot of that was due to delays in getting certain fixtures as well as my building requirements. Luckily the contractor worked well with the building which helped cut down on further delays. The contractor was easy to work with and flexible. I also never felt like I was being nickel and dimed. Price was very competitive and I shopped around getting about 5 other quotes. Been living with the remodel for 9 months since it was mostly finished and everything is holding up great. Would def hire them for future projects. Highly recommend!

Tony and his team at Hoboken Kitchen and Bath performed a veritable miracle with my home renovation. Calling it a renovation does not do it justice. It’s more like a transformation. They redid 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and installed stairs and new windows, all in a matter of 3.5 months. His team is exceptionally talented, true professionals. The subcontractors also knew the score and how to deliver. Overall the project was masterfully orchestrated, and a delight to work with.

Tony and his team were so nice and responsive! They worked on our house top to bottom. Especially the work they did on our kitchen cabinets, living room built ins, and bedroom closets totally refinished and painted and…chef’s kiss!

After a flood in our master bathroom, we took the opportunity to renovate that bathroom, our guest bathroom and also our kitchen and wooden floors, patching and painting the entire home. We basically have a new home and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We found Hoboken Kitchen and Baths online and reached out to Tony, he came round shortly after, measured everything and signed the contract. All of the work took approximately 6 months to complete. We’re really happy with how it all turned out. Carlos and his team are great to work with and are willing to make changes as requested. Tony has a great design eye and a pleasure to work with, we had a lot of fun. He wants to ensure that you’re 100% happy with everything.

They did the renovation our bathroom a year ago due after a waterleak from a shower pan. A month after, we saw water leak, they were called and never found the reason of this water leak. The quality is just OK. They demonstrated a lack of professionalism. They just want your money once they are full pay they won't fix anything. They are cheap but that will cost you more. My renovation consisted of a full kitchen makeover, 2.5 bathrooms makeover which included converting one of the bathrooms from a tub to standup shower plus installing lighting in my living/dining room. The estimated time given for this project was 30 days. Pros: The contractor was great at listening to what you wanted and bringing your vision to life. He absolutely gave input but ultimately respected what you wanted. I was open to his suggestions and vision. He was AWESOME! The price for this huge project was within our budget and reasonable. Whenever there was an issue the contractor responded quickly. My kitchen and bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL. I also love having light in my dining/living room areas. Cons: The project took 3 months. However, the end product was worth the wait.

I hired HKB to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. Tony and Charlie did a wonderful job. The kitchen remodel included the removal of my old galley kitchen, two walls, redoing the floors, and installing new lighting, cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. I couldn't be happier what the finished product. In addition, they transformed my bathroom as well. They removed an old tub and completely redid the walls, vanity, and added a shower. I'd highly recommend working with HKB and would gladly call them for future renovation projects. Tony and Charlie are courteous and professional. They work with you every step of the way to ensure that you're getting what you want.

We used Tony and his team to do a full renovation of our apartment, including new floors, kitchen, bathroom, installation of recessed lighting, and general carpentry improvements of an apartment that is over 100 years old. Tony is a warm person who has good, practical suggestions and can source items quickly given the scale of his business. He spent a lot of time with me to ensure the work was done to both of our standards and did not disappear after the work was completed. Tony is accountable for the work of his team and truly wants his clients to be happy.

Tony has done several projects in my condo in Hoboken. Complete renovation of my kitchen, partial renovation of my bathroom and installation of my new front door. As this is a 120 year old building, much of the projects required creativity to make it all work. We are very very happy with everything!! All of his workers that have been here are neat, thorough, polite, and strive for and deliver the best quality. In addition, Tony's prices are very reasonable; we received an estimate for the door that was $2000 more than what he charged us. Bottom line, Tony is my " go to guy" for my future house projects.

Tony is awesome to do business with! very personable and kind. He was able to get us in contact with many other trades as well. The house we bought was a nightmare from leaking bathrooms, issues with plumbing, the roof and everything in between. His workers are prompt and timely and thorough with their work . As far as workmanship, they just cannot be beat and I would recommend them over any other that I have been contact with. If I or someone I know needs a contractor, I will definitely contact him first!

I’ve never been so happy with HKB. I’ve contacted various contractors in the Jersey City/Hoboken area but it doesn’t amount to Hoboken Kitchen and Bath. Tony came up with so many different ideas, especially on the colors grey and white throughout the house. He’s so patient with my husband and I, with all the ideas we wanted in regards to our house. The grey and white came out so beautiful! Tony and his team did a wonderful job in a minimal amount of time. I love my new bathroom. The process was quick and clean. Tony and his team completely delivered on our kitchen and bathroom renovation! From the start, Tony was an amazing collaborator and visited our apartment to understand the space, listen to our vision, and suggest ideas that would make the most of our apartment layout. We met Tony one week before our move in date and by the time we moved in, he had finished demolition and completely flipped our bathroom in order to be the least intrusive to our move in plans. Tony was able to find bathroom and kitchen elements that really worked for our space and was totally in line with what I had imagined, including black hardware and facet in our bathroom! The end results are incredible - we are still stunned at the transformation (before and after pictures attached). Our bathroom is spa like with our walk in shower and rain shower head, and Tony’s team completely opened up our kitchen to create a huge entertaining space and functional space. Tony’s team was responsive, quick - despite construction delays, and really did an amazing, high quality, remodel that completely upgraded our space. We are so happy we found Tony, and would recommend him and his team to our family and friends!

They did a very good job on the complete renovation of my kitchen. It's a very old home in Hoboken and required creativity to make everything come together. They also did work in my bathroom, and other electrical work, as I added things as the job progressed. Tony was very reasonable with his prices and the quality is very good. The only issue was we thought the job took a little longer than necessary, but we are very happy with the end product!!

I want to thank Tony and his team at HKB for the great work that they did on my bathroom! I was just moving into a new place and I wanted to get the bathroom gutted before I did so. I received pricing from 3 contractors, but Tony was the only one who came to my place and offered to help with the design. The others did not visit the site and told me I had to pick out all of the fixtures and tiles myself, and that they would simply install them. With all 3 contractors in the same price range, it seemed like an easy choice. I wasn't sure what the design process was going to be like as I have never done any bathroom related work before, and Tony offered to go through the whole process step by step. Tony came to the site again personally to show me tile samples, we went through vanity and fixture options to make it all look nice. A few minor questions came up during construction, and Tony had no issues communicating and talking through them with me. The bathroom came out great, I love the modern look and have been enjoying using it. It is a feature of my apartment. The modern fixtures, recessed shower niche, glass shower panel and pocket door were all perfect touches that Tony came up with. Thank you!

Tony and his team at HKB went above and beyond our expectations. They were a delight to work with and turned what could have been a very stressful renovation into a creative and fun journey! He truly cares about making the customer happy, delivers an amazing product and best of all, the work is on time and on budget. Project: we did a complete gut renovation of the kitchen and bathroom as well as replaced the hardwood floors. The first three photos are the completed project, while the last three are the "before" pictures. From start to finish, Tony was very communicative and we would speak almost every day for the duration of the six week project. Tony is also not your average contractor, his design experience helped us create a beautiful home that incorporated modern design aesthetics, while maintaining the charm of an 1890's Brownstone. Lastly, the photo's do not show the true scope of work HKB performed, the team had to strip off layers and layers of kitchen/bathroom tile, and a sagging wood floor. Alex was amazing, he was able to expertly level out the floors and create a strong, stable foundation, upon which he built our kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend HKB and if we ever have any projects in the future, Tony will be our first call!

Our project consisted of the renovation and remodel of 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. We shopped around, aiming to work with a local business, and found that Hoboken Kitchen and Bath was truly the only one stop shop (and at a very fair price no less). Tony is incredibly engaging and helped us through the logistics of doing a renovation of this scale in a two bed / two bath condo. The work was done incredibly quickly and was minimally invasive, right down to a thorough cleaning. We are SO happy with how our bathrooms turned out, we still can't believe it. Our new kitchen also looks incredible and offers a "chef's table" that can seat more guests than we were able to accommodate before - something high on our wish list. Tony even helped us secure top of the line appliances that we are in love with (and has countless recommendations for any and everything you may need)! Be warned though, Tony may win over your dog so much that the dog tries to run away with him.

Hoboken Kitchen and Bath did a meticulous job of renovating our two bathrooms and were able to start the project in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them and use them again for future projects.

I hired HKB to completely remodel 3 of my bathrooms , demo the existing kitchen , install a new glass wine cellar and drop ceiling with cove LED lights. None the less it was a large scale project and took 2+ months to complete . I was extremely happy with the results of the work that was done. Tony’s entire team of contractors are very professional and responsive. As with every major type of construction there is always some hiccups / delays but I felt Tony and his team communicated very well and ultimately got the job done. I would recommend HBK in a heartbeat , their work is top notch . I have added photos of everything that was done in my condo. Will be using HKB later again later this year when I tackle the master bathroom and bedroom .

After having a few local contractors come check out my very small studio bathroom that needed a major gut job, Hoboken Kitchen & Bath were by far the most impressive. After flooding in our condo building ruined our bathroom and floor, Tony and his team went above and beyond to take care of us and to be our advocates every step of the way. We’re very, very happy with the brand new bathroom and floor job. Tony was prompt, professional, friendly, and always available whenever we had questions. I used Hoboken Kitchen and Bath to remodel my bathroom as well as help with some one off projects (sealing my exposed brick, installing ceiling fans, etc.). They went above and beyond my expectations. They were around for my questions and provided quality input with respect to the remodeling. Even recommended goods of the same/better quality at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend them for future projects.

Tony and his team were wonderful! We had a leak from our neighbors upstairs, and they made the place look like new! Tony is extremely responsive, and even went above and beyond to speak with my insurance company when they tried to not cover the full cost of the repairs.

I had a great experience with HKB on a full gut reno. Tony came in with a good price and his team does solid work. Tony is VERY involved as a contractor...stopping by the project multiple times per week and coordinating all the logistics. In my experience general contractors often disappear after the project starts and stop by sparingly. The lead onsite/day-to-day guy, Carlos, was fantastic. He works hard, is extremely accommodating, added nice touches I didn't ask for, and is simply a pleasure to work with. Tony finds good people and treats them well. The other thing that was really great about HBK is that Tony has ALL the subs you would ever need. I didn't have to find and coordinate with any other services or deal with separate payments. He had a cabinet guy, a millwork guy, electrician, plumber, etc. I only dealt with Tony and Carlos and that made things really simple on my end. With other quotes I got I would have had to do more project management with subs. But most importantly the work quality was good. Zero complaints there. I will add photos once we get the rest of the apartment set up. It looks great. I'd work with them again!

My wife and I bought a new condo and needed full renovations (kitchen, bathroom, and floor) before moving in. Covid made it very hard to find the right contractor and we were also against a tight deadline, with an expiring lease on our rental property. Tony and his crew stepped up and helped us all the way from initial design to getting permits, purchasing material, negotiating appliances, delivery, installation, and construction. Renovation finished on time, on budget. My wife and I are so very much in love with our new home! We really appreciated how Tony managed our expectations (at times via video due to the pandemic), attended to our needs, handled relations with the HOA, and placed high quality finishes to every detail. We are so incredibly happy that we found Tony and his team at HKB! We had been looking for a contractor for a master bathroom renovation and when we met Tony he put our minds at ease with his knowledge level, ability to identify an appropriate budget and his great personality. Once the project started and we saw the care his team took to keep our apartment clean and progress quickly we asked them to add the guest bathroom as well. Due to COVID 19 we were displaced from our home and communicated with Tony via email and text throughout the 14 day project (yes, 2 full bathroom renovations in 14 days while socially distancing!!!!!!). His flexibility, dependability and work ethic are unmatched. We couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Tony and his team. Tony was very helpful with helping me plan out my bathroom remodel, came with samples, and was very quick to respond. He promised that the work would be done in a week, and amazingly, it was! His team was professional and courteous, respectful of my time and my home. He gave me ideas as to how to make my outdated master bath become more like the “spa” I was hoping for. He was creative with my small space, installing a pocket door and creating a walk-in shower to replace the tired old jacuzzi tub. Tony has been great in responding to a few minor things I wanted changed at the end of the project (like changing the shower head.) His team also helped out with minor side issues I had been wanting fixed like a loose kitchen cabinet door, a broken ceiling light, etc. All of that was done with a smile and no extra cost. Let me start by saying: If you’re looking for a contractor, and considering Hoboken Kitchen & Bath (HKB), stop your search and book them immediately. They’re that great to work with. Overall, this was our third renovation - first in NYC. If this is your first reno ever, please know that no process ever goes 100% smoothly. But having a stand-up partner, who really cares about your project, that collaborates with you, makes it a lot better to deal with. And that’s why we love Tony and his HKB crew. From start to finish, Tony, Alex and the rest of his crew were very easy to work with. And super communicative every step of the way. We probably talked/texted probably every day for 8 weeks straight. Work-wise: We did a gut reno to an 2 BD/2 BA co-op apt in Union City, NJ. HKB often went above and beyond the scope of work – to ensure things were done properly and solutions to tricky requests (like our seemingly easy slat wall) were figured out. Any hiccups on their part were quickly corrected. Budget-wise: We got four estimates from contractors. One was scary low. Another 2.5x the amount we budgeted in our heads. Another 1.5X higher. With Tony, we just told him our max and he immediately said, “We can make that work.” And shockingly, he’s pretty much done just that. Results-wise: We were very particular about the details and fixtures (we even made a very detailed design document). Tony collaborated with us, got lower prices on cabinets and floor we picked and helped us make a few different design choices. Still wrapping up, but we are SO incredibly happy with the results. It looks insane, just as we pictured in our heads. We couldn't post as many photos as we wanted here but once we’re completely finished with the details, we're willing to send before and after photos you hit us up. We’ve already recommended him to other people in our building, and if we ever have any projects in the future, Tony will be our go-to. Thanks for reading. Tony and his guys saved me from a slow contractor who was really killing my motivation to continue this beautiful project. He care in with ideas and insights, but ultimately respected my voice above all. Best part was that he was able to move relatively quickly.

Tony and his team were amazing with our renovation. We got new kitchen cabinets and lighting in the kitchen and living room done! Everything turned out exactly how we imagined! Tony promised that the work would be done in 2 weeks and it was done on time. We had our kitchen back in 10 days! They worked quickly but also everything was extremely neat! They always covered the floors, sofa etc and all our items were well protected! We highly recommend Tony and his team! They were extremely responsive and we had an extremely smooth experience! I don’t have any pictures from the Reno but I adding a picture of after the Reno!

I found Tony on Houzz because of his work in Hoboken, and the reviews are spot on! Tony did a fabulous job and understood what I was trying to do with my kitchen. I wanted to update my kitchen to make it more rentable and now I don't want to leave it! We went with a modern kitchen with clean lines, and Tony's suggestions came out amazing. He also made the best use of the space by creating cabinets that utilized all of the floor space. I would not have thought to make half the suggestions. I also consider myself lucky to be able to fit into Tony's schedule. He was able to do the work when I was available and was able to work around my work schedule for updates and discussions. He was awesome with short text updates on progress or questions and lastly, he was able to get the project done in a few days which blew my mind! We tore down the entire kitchen and blew out a closet in only 10 working days. I can't thank Tony enough for making this project so easy and amazing! Now I'm thinking of doing the bathroom too since it was such a good project.

I definitely had a great experience with Hoboken Kitchen and Bath. From a timing perspective, from the day I reached out to Tony to the time it took his team to complete a total renovation of 2 bathrooms, changing one bathroom door from an open in door to a pocket door, painting my kitchen cabinets and island, updating my kitchen sink and small miscellaneous projects from helping me clean up the drywall around sconces in my living room to helping me hang new mirrors, it only took 5 weeks. 2 weeks of planning and 3 weeks of work. Unfortunately we can only post 4 pictures on Houzz, but my kitchen looks great as well. In terms of working with Tony and his crew, we had a fantastic experience. The crew was very respectful of our home and acted very professionally with us. We felt completely safe and secure throughout the entire process. Tony was very responsive and flexible whenever we needed to make a change. I would encourage anybody working with Tony be vocal if something doesn't seem right or isn't what you agreed to because he will be happy and quick to fix it. In the end, the total cost came out a little bit more than we originally agreed to, but when I doubled checked on whether or not the up-charges seemed fair with a friend who is a Contractor in Bergen County, my friend not only confirmed that the charges were fair, but couldn't believe what a great deal tony gave me on the entire project. Tony and his team really deliver. We were on a very tight timeline that no one else would commit to, and had heard horror stories about delays with contractors, but that was not our experience with HKB. They were professional and got us into our new place right on time!

Our house took water damage from a burst pipe on the top level and needed a major reconstruction job. We heard estimates that it would take four months to complete the job and during that time my family would be displaced. However, we brought Tony in to assess the damage and he immediately made us feel reassured that the job could be completed much more quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We were amazed at how Tony and his team worked tirelessly to get us back into our home within just one month. This made all the difference in the world to us and we can’t thank Tony and his team enough. Not only was the project completed in record time, but the craftsmanship is spectacular and the home feels brand new. Tony walked us though every step and he and his whole team were really friendly and great to work with. They also went above and beyond helping us with things like hauling away furniture and helping us clean up right before move in day. I highly recommend hiring Tony for your home renovation!

Tony and his team did a great renovating my kitchen and adding a new quartz counter top in my condo in Port Liberte', Jersey City. They were timely and professional.

I hired Tony to renovate our Kitchen in our apartment. Tony was very patient as I chose all materials and determined exactly what we wanted done. As a first time homeowner/renovation project I had a lot of questions that he was happy to answer. We are very happy with the work that was done. The actual workers were very knowledgeable and happy to fix anything requested. Because they are very busy you have to stay on top of the scope to make sure that everything in the contract is completed. We hired Tony for a full bathroom renovation, building a closet, giving a new life to hardwood floors, painting and so much more. He was very involved from the get go, have us advice and made sure we stayed in budget throughout the process. The result is amazing!

We hired Hoboken Kitchen and Bath to renovate our kitchen and one of our bathrooms and were very pleased with the results! Tony has a great eye and was able to help us implement our vision as well as provide us with creative ways for achieving the look we were going for. Tony was also responsive and willing to discuss details of the project when we had questions or concerns. We were quoted a very reasonable price for the extensive work that was done on our home, and they stayed within budget.

Think Tony's price is too good to be true? There is a reason for that. We hired him to install all new floors after a flood in our apartment. Less than two years later all the floorboards were cracking and coming up. I even pulled a piece of floor out of my one year old's foot. We were trying to sell our unit and couldn't because of the state of the floors. We showed Tony and he said he would fix it, but instead somehow made it even worse and in addition to being cracked and coming up, the floors were no longer level. There were huge dips right in the middle of our apartment. It is also important to note that "fixing" took months of no-shows and last minute excuses, despite us making ourselves available 5 days a week for two months for the work to get done. We had an independent inspector from the National Wood Flooring Association come do a report. This was expensive but we decided it was worth it to get to the bottom of what happened. The report is very detailed and states that Tony and his team installed the floors incorrectly both the first time, and again when they tried to fix it. We had to give the buyer to our unit a $15,000 credit so they could get all new floors installed correctly. I regret working with Tony because we lost $15K only two years after paying to install all new floors. If I could do everything over again, I would spend more initially with a more reputable business. Please don't get into the same situation we did by trying to save money -- you may lose in the end like we did. This was so incredibly stressful.

I worked with Tony to convert a 1 bathroom condo in Hoboken to 2 bathrooms (and several other smaller projects including finishing an unfinished basement space). This was a huge undertaking, but Tony guided me through every detail from the most effective design and layout to maximize the new spaces, to hiring the architect, securing the best plumber, getting town permits and handling inspections. The two bathrooms and the rest of the apartment turned out beautifully. Throughout the project Tony was open to any feedback / fixes / changes I wanted to see and he has impressed me most with ensuring that I am happy with every final detail now that we are at the very end of the project, when most contractors would be in a rush to pack up and move on from the project.

Overall my family and I was very pleased with the work that was done on our bathrooms. Great workers, and services was done in a timely manner.

I hired Tony and his team to replace floors and renovate my bathroom in my apartment. There were some hiccups that could have been avoided and I had to make sure Tony remembers all the details about the work we discussed. I also did a lot of research and work before the renovation started and discussed with Tony's team what I was expecting. That made things a lot smoother. At the end, I'm very happy with the end result and the work Tony's team did. 4.5 starts.

I am writing this a day or two before we actually finish the job, that's how confident I am in Tony and his crew. We had two bathrooms to get done. The first was a rush job with a 3-week timeline on a small bathroom that needed to be updated and safer for my elderly parents. The project got done on time and on budget and better than expected. The second project was our master bath which needed serious updating. We got rid of everything except a large clawfoot tub. Now we have a modern spa-style bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub. We have an 1890s browstone which always makes things more complicated. Tony was great at estimating the unexpected costs and very fair in his pricing of the overall project. He is excellent at the relationship building part of his job. He knows clients get anxious and he knows how to get the project through various challenges. In 25 years of owning this home and several renovation projects, Tony is the only contractor that I would consider recommending. I am amazed at the bathroom we created, Tony and his crew were great collaborating on these projects with us. If you need a team that will be creative, flexible and responsive to your needs you couldn't find anyone better than Hoboken Kitchen and Bath.

After interviewing 10 contractors for my very first home remodel, I hired Hoboken Kitchen and Bath, and boy am I glad I did. I worked closely with Tony to explain to him my vision and he got it right away, unlike the other contractors I interviewed. He gave me an incredibly fair quote right on the spot and a record time to renovate an entire 1,500 sq ft home in less than 2 months. The job was finished on time and on budget, not to mention it was just absolutely beautifully done. The workmanship of Tony's entire crew is just superb - they are a really great team of guys who take care of your home on the job as if it was their own. What really separates Tony from other contractors is that he listens and understands a client's vision. On top of it, he has excellent taste and attention to detail himself if you ever find yourself in a position of needing advice when remodeling. The value added to my home is incredible, all thanks to Tony and his team. Hoboken Kitchen and bath. Renovated my bathroom. I would never hire the contractor again because they left paint on tile, They left my tile cracked and the painting was done horrible, patches of paint on the ceiling missing, they didn't spackle left holes in the walls not covered up. Just, not good work at all.

Our initial contractor backed out of the project a week before we were supposed to move in. I had previously spoken to Tony about the project while researching contractors and gave him a call to see what he could do. Tony took the time to understand my family, needs, and expectations before giving me a realistic and reasonable expectation on price and timeline. He prioritized work that could be dangerous to my young children to the short window he had before we needed to move into the new home. After we were in, Tony and his team became part of the family as the wrapped up the work. They worked around our lifestyle to cause minimal inconvenience. Tony was onsite often and accessible when he wasn’t. When problems come up (in an old home, they will come up), Tony was there to assess the situation and clearly explain the circumstances and our options. The finished product is amazing. You could tell that the team really took pride in the work and delivered on expectations. Can’t wait for the next project!

We set out looking for a contractor and project manager to renovate the bathrooms and kitchen in our flat. We are both working professionals and needed someone we could trust and someone who was hands on. We called Tony after reading about his company on Houzz and immediately he called back. He agreed to do the work within our budget and within our short timeframe ~3 months, after he agreed, he put his heart into this project and executed beautifully. For the entire time he worked he called periodically to provide updates, he found the best items i.e tiles, stone for counter top, wood for the floor etc for the finishing. He was very careful not to destroy anything in the property during the demolition of the old structure. He finished on time and most importantly delivered exactly what we wanted! I’m very happy we found Tony and his team on Houzz!!! Fantastic job guys!

Tony was awesome. We did a bathroom renovation where we ended in love with it so we decided to keep Tony for our second project to have a open space concept in our leaving/dining room and kitchen. Everything was finished on time and as promised. Tony’ Staff are great, they work hard and beyond. If there is any issue there will be there the next second which is the most I like from Tony and his staff. We have very tight budget and we could work with Tony to have our transformation on budget and we are so happy. I definitely recommend Tony and we will keep him for our future projects.

We hired HKB to renovate our apartment and it was overall a good experience. We renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the flooring and the walls. Tony and his team helped turn our backyard and basement from a jungle and dungeon into a useable space! They were professional and were open to our ideas. They have a can do attitude.

We selected Hoboken Kitchen & Bath to waterproof the basement in our Victorian brownstone in Jersey City, NJ as well as resolve general water drainage issues that we've had since hurricane Sandy. When embarking upon a job like this, on behalf of a Condo Assn, you want to deal with 'can do' people. Tony is that person. He diligently inspected the problems with his team of specialists and sugggested a solution that would spread the drainage of water acros our backyard, rather than into our basement. Upon further inspection once the work began, it became necessary to install a french drain and completely dig up the basement floor and lay down a new concrete base. They did this in a speedy fashion and just got on with addressing the problems. Tony is a problem solver at heart and his experience is reflected in his ability to get the job done regardless of what issues arise during a project, which they inevitably do. That is when you want a rational thinker working for you. We have some work outstanding elsewhere on the property, so I'll update this review after that is completed.

Tony and his crew were terrific, Tony made suggestions that I had not thought about and boy was he right! The finished bathroom is magnificent! The whole process was painless, Tony guided me through the whole process working within my budget. They were reliable, timely, neat and very professional. Tony, Juliano and their team worked wonders on my renovation project and i couldn't be happier with the results. Being a young couple on the verge of having our first child we were eager to get some critical work done in our home before the baby arrived. We gave Tony and his team a long list of items that needed attention, a tight budget and a even tighter time line [ 8 weeks]. Once contracts were signed they started work the next day and continued in this manner until project completion. They finished the project in approximately 6 weeks [just as well and our child came 2 weeks early!], within budget and at a level or workmanship i was happy with. I addition to the above, a few other highlights i would like to add 1) On one occasion i forgot one piece of a tap fixture part and the plumber was at the home but could not finish without it. This would have been disastrous for our timelines as the plumber would have to return a week later & would have held back other work. Tony immediately stepped in and purchased the right part and delivered it within 2 hours to get the work done - Excellent service 2) Level of work was generally excellent, however if i was unhappy about something [i.e placement of a outlet, or some other trivial thing] Juliano worked hard to rectify and was always was looking to ensure i was satisfied. 3) They under charged me accidentally on one aspect of the contract, but honored it My advice would be to give them a shot if they are within your budget. They delivered on quality, budget and time. They will work with you on all aspects of the build an give some really good advice. I/m so happy with the work done I'm planning on hiring them to do some more work for me later in the year..

Could not ask for a better experience. The job was finished exactly as I requested and was such a lovely professional team that came to do the job. I'm very picky and I'm not the easiest person to work with and these guys absolutely killed it. Beautiful bathroom work done with utmost detail. So so happy!!!!!

Highly recommended! Hiring a crew to help you with a bathroom and kitchen renovation can be incredibly nerve-wracking and I am so glad I hired Tony and his crew. The crew was helpful and made sure I got the best results for my money... they did great work and did it quickly. In the end it was money well spent as I probably increased the value in my home by at least double what I spent. Tony took care to make sure I didn't do anything he wouldn't do and he even helped me save money. If you have never handed over a large sum of money to a stranger then this will be an eye-opening experience but in this case you can trust Tony and his team to do what they say and do it well.

After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job.
