We were referred to Hearth & Stone and during the meet and greet we knew from his professional behavior and personal demeanor we were going to work with Mark Webber owner of Hearth & Stone. It's really hard to come across companies who actually value their clients and have integrity. His family owned company goes above and beyond in our books. If you are considering a builder schedule a one on one and ask him any question. Phone calls and emails are returned normally same day or within 24 hours. This alone is an anomaly just in itself. My husband and I built our home with Hearth & Stone. Mark Webber knows how to build an out of the box house. We get more compliments on the things that are different and unique about our home, more than anything else. I can say that there is no other house like ours. Mark has gone the extra mile for us. His team is highly talented and he uses great vendors. Building a house is not for sissies, but I am glad that our first home build was with Hearth & Stone.

In August of 2015 we bulldozed our house and we are using H&S to build a new home. Mark and his superintendent Brian have been awesome to work with every step of the way, from guiding us in the design to picking out siding colors. Brian is very, very detailed and stays on top of all the contractors to keep the deadlines met. I am very pleased with H&S Builders.

When we moved to Indianapolis, we talked to several builders and were excited when our paths crossed with Mark Webber of Hearth & Stone Builders. Mark spent time with us and listened to our desires for a home. Being an architect, he drew up a plan, listened to our input and came up with a home that met all our needs. Mark is very creative and each one of his homes are unique as well as functional. He allowed us to be involved in all the decision and came up with solutions when situation arose. His superintendent, Brian, is one of the best. He is helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We LOVE our Hearth & Stone Home which is quality built and also very energy efficient.

We hired Hearth & Stone Builders to design and build our custom home. We were extremely impressed at how Mark, the owner, took us through the homes he was currently working on and even allowed us to tour a finished home and talk with his clients. Mark sat down with us to understand what our goals were and what our style was prior to presenting a first concept design. H&S were very creative when generating the home design. We wanted a one-of-a-kind house and Mark delivered. Throughout the construction process, Mark and Brian communicated everything that was happening and we were allowed to be as involved as we wanted. H&S works with very reputable and high quality vendors, so the selection process was enjoyable and straightforward. When we wanted to make changes, H&S were willing to do whatever was needed to ensure they were incorporated. Overall, the home building experience was an unforgettable one and wouldn't have been as positive if we'd chosen a different home builder. Hearth & Stone did a fabulous job and their quality and craftsmanship is impeccable.

We LOVE the home that Mark Webber with Hearth and Stone Builders built for us. Not only is he an excellent home builder, but he is also a talented architect, so he designed the perfect home to fit our family. He thought of design ideas that we never would have imagined on our own, and he brought those ideas to life because he built the home, too! He created a rustic luxe home with barn beams and wood detailing that is just stunning. Mark was very good about communicating with us throughout the entire process and would check in with us regularly even after we moved into the home to see if we needed his assistance in any way. The subcontractors and vendors that he uses are very good at what they do and provided quality workmanship and products in our home, too. They all knew that Mark expected them to exceed the norm and to provide the highest level of finish, so that's just what they did as they worked on our home. We highly recommend Mark to build your home, too. It was an excellent design and building experience!

Awesome communication and attention. Mark and the team are always a phone call away. They were very clear and extremely organized through the building process. We never felt alone or overwhelmed. This team has the utmost integrity for their work and craftsmanship, and allows creative freedom on the homeowners behalf, making it a true partnership. We formed a great relationship with the team, and with the vendors as well. Everyone we worked with is extremely helpful. It was such a comfort knowing we worked with good, honest people who respected our aesthetic, timeline, budget, and the art of building a home.
