I would avoid purchasing, was a total nightmare in my experience… especially if you need delivery. Awful customer service

We have purchased many products over the years. The quality is unbelievable, and the products stand up over time. However, I have purchased a few products online and the experience and customer service are subpar. Try and avoid online shopping if possible and make all your purchases in-store. Hauser is not interested in resolving its online issues.

The cord on a tilt umbrella purchased in 2016 broke in 2020. Re-purchased a replacement May or June 2020, which broke in May 2022, less than 2 years in use, and conveniently after the warranty expired. The same cord issue, which breaks from inside rendering the expensive umbrella useless. Not only the cord quality issue was not addressed, but we were re-sold an umbrella which quality went down and broke in half the time as the first one. It's a known problem that Houser is not interested in correcting. The quality of this product, and the customer service are subpar, the company does not stand by their products. I would not purchase again from Houser, nor recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I were recently in the Richmond Hill store looking for furniture for our backyard. The store was very inviting and well laid out. The sales people were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They helped us lay out our backyard with the proper pieces. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor furniture Marcie F

All of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I came in to Hauser unsure of what I wanted for my space, but they were very helpful and assisted me every step of the way. Turnaround time was fast and everything looks amazing and feels comfortable. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend choosing Hauser.

We had just renovated our main floor living and were looking for well made slip cover furniture. We were very excited when we found Hauser and loved their products. We bought two chairs and a couch. Although the two chairs have been just what we expected the couch has been an incredible disappointment. We contacted Hauser to give them a chance to help us, we provided pictures of the couch where you could see the pillows completely flat to the point that you feel the couch frame underneath. After some emails between the store and the manufacturer we were told to "fluff the pillows daily" which is impossible since the pillows are so flat. The best Hauser could offer was 50% off to purchase two new seat and back cushions, and we even have to wait another 8 weeks till they arrive. Please buy their products with caution, and understand that their warranties are meaningless...it's up to the manufacturer to help you. Although the staff at first seemed willing to help their hands were supposedly "tied" since the manufacturer felt there was no issue. We were planning to purchase our entire patio set for our new pool/patio with them and we will not. They made an extra $500 on us since we need the pillows to fix the problem but they have lost a customer, additional revenue they would have had from us for the next purchases we planned is gone. Having worked in retail for years I am stunned by the lack of customer service and the fact they do not support their customers when there is an obvious issue and the manufacturer is in the wrong.

We have dealt with this company for many years. They have a wide selection of high quality products that withstand time and design. Our last dealing with Hauser was over a couple of years and our contact was Susan Ludwig. We cannot say enough good things about this lady. She is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from the beginning of a project to to the end. Susan helped us through product and fabric selections and then tackled the most difficult aspect.....shipping! We live in New Brunswick in an area where home delivery is a challenge. Susan not only followed our order through the plant she also made sure the order was complete and fully ready to ship. She arranged for shipping and then followed the order and kept us informed at every stage. She also followed up after the delivery to make sure everything was correct and the furniture arrived in good order. Susan made every effort to make this challenging order as easy and stress free as possible including staying late at work to meet with the shipping company. This is a person we would gladly deal with anywhere she worked!!

Working with Hauser was an unbelievable experience. I went into their Burlington location looking to upgrade my backyard, and ended up leaving with a beautiful wicker patio set, accessories, and a smile on my face. I brought in pictures of my backyard and a basic idea of what I was looking to do. Their staff was incredibly knowledgable and gave me a couple options and ideas of what I could potentially do with my space. I ended up leaving with a new luxurious look AND they helped me stay within my budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hauser to anyone looking to upgrade their space.
