The supervisors and I have a very good relationship. When they schedule any installs like fireplace or the surround they make sure to give me enough time to get the product ordered and scheduled for them. We work together as a TEAM to make sure our customers are taken care of. I enjoy working with these guys.

August 4,2017 We are over the top satisfied with our Granville Home! We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our home. When we had a walk through of our home (which there were several) we made a change in the blueprint no problem! Done! When we had a question they were addressed timely. Would we recommend this builder? Yes we would very highly! IIf we were to build again yes it would be a Granville Home! Thank you

Overall, very nice house we purchased from Granville. Certain areas in my opinion which could use improvement are in the areas of trim / finished work. During our search for homes, we viewed numerous homes with superior trim and finish work. Two car garage does not leave much room after squeezing in two cars. Certain practical items such as installing cable/tv outlets in stone fireplaces are items that today's homeowners want. To install after the fact is a big project. Drainage in our development continues to be an issue with areas that have eroded due to running water. At our closing, we were promised a book with all warranty information to include paperwork for the model furnace, along with other mechanical items installed in our house. I want to recognize Adam Johnson for outstanding customer service. Adam is responsive and does everything within his power to rectify any issues that have surfaced. If I was rating Adam only, his rating would be a solid 5 star plus, outstanding.

Love Granville Homes and their team! The daunting task of building a new home was made easy by Bill, Will, Brad & Adam and their teams. Highly recommend them if you are looking for the opportunity to create your dream home.

Granville completed our dream home in July of 2016. It was a pleasure to work with such a competent, capable, honest team. Their level of quality and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. They graciously obliged every request we made, and the overall process was easy. We would certainly recommend Granville Homes. They are simply the best in the industry.

Granville built us a wonderful home. We have been in it now for about a year and a half. The only thing I have not been happy with is the very expensive solid maple flooring. The subcontractor used inferior materials, and although we have had them out to fix several issues, their "fixes" have only moderately improved the look of the floor. Short of tearing it out and starting over, I don't think it can be corrected.
