Price was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Trim work was pretty good. Floors were terrible, use your own floor person that you are comfortable with. Drywall was okay but you need to stay on them about fixing the pits otherwise they'll just leave that as they don't inspect anything. Very obvious problems with drywall work that I had to continuously point out. Didn't cover anything as theyy sprayed texture all over everything in my kitchen and left for me to clean up. Drywall has since cracked in several places. Called and texted, no response. Surprise surprise. Painting work was okay, but not really any better than the average DIYer, so you can probably save money there. Built a nice vanity in the bathroom. Use your own plumber. Not 100% sure their plumbing sub is even licensed. Messed something up with a shower valve, which prevented me from having hot water for a few days. Plumber just turned the temp of the brand new water heater to the max and then when it still didn't work said the water heater was bad. Called a different, reputable plumber who diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 10 minutes. Said project would take 3 weeks, took 3 moths. That was frustrating. I think they'd be a good trim work sub but wouldn't use them as the GC.

Gilson and his staff work so efficiently and take small projects seriously. They always come on time and clean my house very well when they finish. Most importantly, they handle everything carefully and have done a fantastic job on my laundry closet. I am very happy that I let Angels remodeling help me!
