John and his team did an outstanding job finishing our approx. 1900 sq ft basement in King City, which included a full kitchen, lounge with 100" fireplace with tile surround, 3 piece washroom, rec rooms, storage room, 15 ft wall climbing room and laundry room. This is our second time using them. The first time was finishing our approx. 1600 sq ft basement in Brampton which had a luxury Theatre Room, full kitchen, 3 piece washroom, lounge, rec room and storage room. John and his team are amazing! Once again we are thrilled with the results. John is on site regularly to check on things. Just as before, the trades were scheduled in the most timely manner so each business day was very productive and the project moved along extremely smoothly. The original quote was competitive and John was flexible with accommodating some additional requests we made along the way. The timeline was on track as well. John is an exceptional business owner and contractor. He is ontop of his projects and is extremely professional, trustworthy and easy to deal with. We highly recommend booking them for an excellent renovation experience. We are so, so happy with the end result. It's a beautiful, well built basement living area, where we can invest in relationships with friends and family.

My wife and I hired John at Classic Building Group to completely remodel our bungalow in Mississauga. Overall they did a wonderful job. They were very professional, clean, and on time. Classic Building Group did an amazing job for my family. They renovated my entire first floor bungalow. (Kitchen, bathroom, hardwood, painting). This was such an overwhelming experience for us as we didn’t know who to hire of trust with our home. But after meeting John for the first time it was clear he would take care of our project. This is the second time I've used Classic Building Group for home renovation work. The first (June 2015) to install a double-sided fireplace with stone finish in between my kitchen and family room; and then again more recently (April 2016) to install interior lighting, crown moldings, and paint throughout my entire home. For both projects, John and his team are highly skilled and are always on time, clean, professional, and show a level of care that typically is missing with modern-day contractors in the City.
