I’m so frustrated with Fisher And Paykel support. My 2-year-old refrigerator stopped working a month ago and I contacted @FisherPaykelUS. They came in for an inspection during the first week, but I’ve been left hanging ever since. It’s been a month since my fridge broke and I’m still stuck with no path to escalation.

I recently had arranged for a technician to service my 7 year old DCS (Fisher &Paykel) counter microwave. Through multiple texts technician Justin Marshall provided me technical information for the best solution. Saved me a visit and from a 4-6 hours wait for them to show! And saved me from spending on repairs the same I would on a brand new microwave. And he even recommended a microwave that I’m seeing in consumer reports as a high rated microwave! Thank you Justin! Wish all appliance technicians were as helpful and knowledgeable as you!

new home construction. 3 year old professional series double drawer dish washer. wife and I retired. stopped removing water inside the tub. rubber impeller on the pump bottom disintegerated. 85.00 for a new one. field rep would not approve a replacement. bottom drawer pump also on its way out after I checked. I recommend not purchasing from this company. They will not take care of you as a customer. consumer reports also has thier quality at the bottom of its ratings... wish I saw that before I purchased!!

I have recently, July 2018, purchased a Fisher & Paykel electric range and microwave from Ferguson appliances. Upon installation the range shorted out the wiring causing sparks to fly from the knobs and outlet. The microwave heats but the turntable motor needs to be replaced as it is not spinning. After speaking with the retailer they arranged for a repairman to come and examine my home electric service and range. He determined the wiring in the range was at fault but he would make the correction. I have explained to Ferguson and to the New Zealand customer service that do not want this damaged range but want a replacement for my $3500 New appliance. They insist there will be replacement. It is their option to repair and not replace. This is totally unacceptable. And I do not want anyone else to waste their hard earned money on fisher $ Paykel defective products The repairman has been contacted and he will be here to replace the turntable motor as soon as he can get a part and download the nessary manual to make the repairs. There is no on line troubleshooting info on their microwave. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable. A repair to the turntable doesn’t effect the integrity of the function of the unit. BUT sparking and arcing of an electric range is a completely different situation. Please don’t put yourself through this. Tomorrow will be another test. The dishwasher is being installed. Let’s cross our fingers. By the way, I have a fisher & Paykel refrig that’s been repaired twice in 3 years here in Florida and one that was replaced by the dealer in New York within 24 hours of delivery because of a defect in the first. He was a small guy that serviced us customer. No questions. He observed the defect and took action. NEVER AGAIN. $3500 range $1100 dishwasher and & 850 microwave. Save your money and sanity

Bought washer dryer when I purchased my home. Loved the washer and dryer. Washer really removed the water and dog hair from my clothes - made it efficient to dry - less dry time. However, the repairs... cost me more than the machine. Gave up on it and purchased another that works perfectly, but does not remove the hair or as much water. Dryer still operating perfectly. Fix the Washer mechanics! External design gorgeous. Would love to try other products. But don't buy their washing machines... they will break your heart and bank account.

I have had a Fisher and Paykel 24” electric stove for 8 Years now. I love it. It is still in style and is brilliant to cook with. Love my bottom drawer warmer.

Great designs! We have washer dryer, oven and dishwasher in country home so not regular use. Washing machine after 5 years, if I had not been home would of had a flood in my basement. 1 mont later oven fan would not stop. Not I,pressed with quality for 5 years of use.
