Patricia had many good ideas and recommendations for design, products and tradesmen that got the remodel of our bedroom and bath started. She was cost conscience. Patricia was available to us whenever we needed her. An easy to work with professional.

In 2016, we embarked on a whole-house remodel, something we had been dreading and dragging our feet on for years. Well before the remodel started, we worked with Patricia to re-design our great room, which included the kitchen, dining room, and living room. We ordered Brookhaven cabinets which Patricia recommends and have been thrilled with the quality and desig. Patricia was so patient with us as we changed our mind several times throughout the project. She also helped us design our new master bathroom, choose paint colors for both the inside and outside of our house, select floors (maple hardwood in main area and carpet in bedrooms), select lighting, select granite (and we were VERY choosy), select tile, etc. She has been incredibly responsive from the beginning, and also continues to help us as we furnish our home by giving us guidelines for choosing pieces. We couldn't be happier with the results. We honestly could not have done it without her! We highly recommend Patricia - give her a call, you will love the results. We have used Patricia's talented skills for two remodel projects, a bath room and a bathroom/kitchen project. Her skills and knowledge are reassuring in areas where we were not certain about design and products. Her expertise in color, lighting, and products such as counter surfaces and tile is extensive. We wanted a designer whom would make our project worthy for our investment, be original, and pleasing to the eye, and Patricia captured these elements for us.

Patricia was a godsend. Her taste, expertise, contacts, and diplomacy allowed my wife and I to achieve a stunning new kitchen while avoiding divorce court. We both have strong opinions and ideas; Patricia navigated our differences deftly and always came up with a couple of ideas that hit the marks with both of us. She provided us with architectural diagrams of the plan, changed them several times, and made sure she had completely accurate plans that reflected our wishes before she turned them over to our contractor. We kept a few details from the previous kitchen incarnation, including an interesting mosaic tile on part of the wall. The pre-existing tile is a wonderful complement to the new cabinet colors - matches we would never have thought of on our own And the quartz counter top is stunning. Patricia took us to the warehouse where the full pieces are stored, and we spent some serious time looking at the possibilities. Our quartz is truly a unique piece, and the pattern is highlighted in the waterfall effect she suggested. Not only does Patricia have a fine eye for detail and color, she has a bevy of reliable craftsmen who produce high-quality work at a reasonable cost and within the allotted time-frame. Patricia also coordinated the project - we had our contractor manage the project, but Patricia oversaw the details, making sure what we had planned was what was delivered, and within the timeframe promised. We were out of town during the time the actual construction took place. Patricia oversaw work during our absence. We were stunned and delighted when we returned. Patricia charges by the hour - no commission based on prices. Her piece of our overall budget was money well spent. She is a delight to work with, has a great sense of humor, and is punctual with everything. Working with Patricia was a dream experience. An additional note - we were doing some minor work in a couple of other rooms during the kitchen redo. She helped us with that too, assisting in choosing a rug, pillows, and bedding. Her taste and style sense are excellent.

We hired Patricia when we embarked on our very first remodel of our kitchen, master bath, and powder bath. Not only did she have wonderful ideas and solutions, she was very friendly and fast. She catered to our indecisions by giving us multiple options to choose from, quickly made changes to the plans as needed, gave her professional opinion when we had questions, and helped make the product choices.
