We've been in our new home for 1.5 years now and we often comment on how perfectly the house meets our needs and has exceeded our expectations. The quality of construction and finishing is superb; it doesn't get any better. Building a new home has its ups and downs but we appreciate it's a process and the result speaks for itself: exceptional workmanship evident in both the exterior and interior of our home. Ewa was instrumental in designing and choosing the exterior finishes. She spent a lot of time creating 3D drawings to help us visualize choices for the exterior. There were so many decisions to make, big and small: windows, baseboard, doors, etc., and Ewa and Andrew always took the time to make suggestions to ensure the best outcome would be achieved. We were also impressed by Metro's responsiveness to warranty issues. When we first moved into the house, there were, of course, some small issues ... very normal with a new home ... but all were resolved in a professional, expeditious manner. We highly recommend Metro Enterprises because of the unparalleled quality home they built for us. Thank you Ewa and Andrew.

Love my Metro infill! Stellar workmanship is apparent in every aspect from the design, colour palate, to minute details. I could not have dreamt a better looking house. Andrew, and Ewa have been a pleasure to deal with. Our relationship did not end at the "official" one year mark. Three years on, they are more than willing to help, answer questions. You will get reliability, quality and long term relationship (if you so choose) with Metro.

Excellent husband-wife team brings different strengths to the project. They have experience in dealing with the City on in-fill requirements and support good neighbour relationships during the build. Although they are a smaller company which can cause delay in project completion due to sub-trades, their willingness to deal with our concerns, offer different solutions and follow up on arrears are appreciated. Good and timely record keeping of all invoices and costs helps the project move along smoothly. Overall a trustworthy company and definitely recommendable to family and friends.

Excellent work and willing to do additional work after we moved in. For example the metro team came in and tiled fireplace for no cost. We love the house and neighbourhood and would highly recommend using Metro for new construction.

Ewa and Andrew worked with us to design and build a beautiful home to our specifications and within a budget. Wonderful communicators, responding to our questions or concerns always within a day, and often within 15 minutes! We had absolute faith in them and the process was really stress free; they know the infill process inside and out. Thanks Metro!
