Energy Window Fashions

We are loving the motorised blinds we had installed a few months ago. They have certainly made life easier - instead of going room to room, all we need to do is press a button and voila! Everyone we dealt with, from getting a quote through to the installation, was very friendly and pleasant - they even taught us how to use the controls before leaving. All of the advice and recommendations we received were spot on - hubby and I had no idea what we were doing at first but are so glad we decided to go with the motorised option. Everyone who comes over thinks they're great too, so you might have a few new enquiries soon!

Terrible experience after being sold into their product. Initially, the company seemed quite professional, but how quickly this changed upon the installation. Windows were measured on 3 separate occasions by two different people (one inconveniently at the last minute and after an admittance of incorrect measurements in the past), yet much to our bewilderment - several products turned up in wrong dimensions. The company still demanded full payment (they later compromised), despite the fact one window was left blind-less for over 2 weeks and several other items were incomplete. This was coupled with holes drilled in wrong places, cracked window frames from incorrect drilling and measurements of brackets, incorrectly cut cover boxes - a far cry from the company we met months earlier. We got there in the end, albeit with a 0% discount offered and several weeks after the promised completion date and I for one, would not use this company again.

We had a rep from Energy Window Fashions come out to a home we had recently purchased - it had been uninhabited for so long that all of the curtains were badly discoloured and some had even gone mouldy. Whilst I originally planned to just buy new curtains, I instantly fell in love with the roman blinds the rep showed me. We had them installed in almost every room of the home (we opted instead for some aluminium vertical blinds for the bathroom and kitchen just in case they got wet). The blinds have added a sense of sophistication to the home that I didn't even know was achievable and I am truly thankful to the rep for his help.
