Eileen went above and beyond all my expectations with the sale of my home in Downers Grove. I had relocated to another state. Eileen took care of my home as if it was her own. Eileen made the selling of my home as stress free as possible. Eileen's business experience on knowing the real state market evaluations made her 95% correct on listing price,and contract dealings.

Eileen is the best realtor ever!!! She helped me to focus on what needed to be done to get the house sold. She went above and beyond by helping me schedule appointments for repairs and even reporting gas leaks and waiting for NICOR to show up. Eileen got this sold within 90 days!!!

Eileen knows the suburban areas she showed to us. We really liked how knowledgeable she was with brokers, mortgage companies and banks. Eileen even helped us after our closing with other concerns. Eileen Kenah from Baird and Warner was the listing agent for my mother's home. We chose Eileen because of her thorough explanation of how she set a selling price and because we liked her and thought she would be easy to work with. We were right. Mom lived had lived in the house for over 40 years and Eileen was helpful and supportive through the process of emptying out the house and getting it ready to sell. Her advice about preparing the house for sale were evidently right on target because there were multiple offers. With Eileen's help, the house sold for more than the asking price.

Eileen was extremely courteous, professional, and generous with her time from the very first time we contacted her all the way through to the closing of the sale and beyond. Eileen took the time to listen to our needs, asked questions, and demonstrated her ability to find a home that included many of the desires discussed. Eileen treated us like we were her only customers, never making us feel like we were disruptive. As the listing agent for our townhouse in Downers Grove, Eileen Kenah was a true professional. In addition to guiding the staging of our house, she efficiently attended to all details until our home was sold. In a difficult housing market for sellers, Eileen worked smart to get us the best price possible.
