Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgable. My husband and I decided to have them create our patio because they were more knowledgeable about drainage issues that are a concern in our yard and they also design beautifully. As a team, they all work extremely hard to provide the best possible experience for the customer.

Faced with a new home we built and a landscaper that totally botched seeding (we were growing corn and knee-high weeds), Eichenlaub rescued us. They did a beautiful, professional lawn restoration, and designed a gorgeous 3-year plan for landscaping, addressing our interest in using native species and attracting bees, butterflies, and songbirds to our property. This represents a significant investment for us, but we feel that we are in the best hands. We subscribe to their monthly lawn (cut, trim, fertilize, etc.) and garden (weed, prune, etc.) maintenance service and could not be happier. Everything Eichenlaub does is professional--they know their stuff, and every employee who has worked in our yard has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in manner and appearance.

We had Eichenlaub design and build an outdoor fireplace on our patio. The end result was even better then anticipated. We had some problems with the function of the fireplace and Scott, the project manager, was professional and experienced. He was diligent and fixed the issues in a timely manner. Eichenlaub really wants the customer to be happy! We love our new space and will use Eichenlaub again.

Eichenlaub is a first class operation. They are knowledgeable, patient and clearly want you to be satisfied with the end result. They just completed phase two for my yard and I am thrilled. Their crews, both times were professional and extremely though. Their clean up left things looking better than before their arrival. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I hired Eichenlaub to implement a plan drawn up by my landscape architect. They did a wonderful job planting the entire landscape and really brought the plan to life. I was impressed enough to then hire them to do my biweekly maintenance on the property, my snow removal/deicing, and have now hired them to maintain my trees as well. Each of these has a dedicated professional that you work with. They have been very easy to work with and are quick to reply to emails & meeting requests. They take pride in their work! Three of my friends have since hired them for hardscape and landscape work and have all been satisfied.

Our project was to put in a stone terrace at the front entrance to our 100+ year old house. The quality of the work had to be superb, and it was! But what impressed us even more was the professionalism and friendliness of the persons from Eichenlaub. Communication on a project such as this is very important, and communication with them was excellent (e.g., their offering to make a mockup of the stone work, giving us samples of what the stain would look like, making arrangements for us to see examples of their work with other clients, going with us to a quarry to view different types of stone, etc). Among many others at Eichenlaub, special thanks to Ryan Johnson and Brian Cypher!

This landscape company is very dependable and responsive to any special needs that occur with the seasons. They also anticipate problems and address them at the time. I have used them for over 15 years and prefer them to other companies I have hired.
