I would like to highly recommend the service of E home concept, especially the service of Kevin, who led the entire team for my home reno. E home concept is the 2nd ID firm that we have worked with for our current home. We didn’t have a very good experience with the previous ID who had worked on our previous reno. They were expensive and calculative, resulting in us removing a number of carpentry work from our “to do” list. Fast forward a year later, we wanted to add on some carpentry work to our home. We enquired a few firms but were turned down by some due to the small job that we had for them. A friend recommended Kevin and I linked up with him for a quote. The first impression of him was he is genuine as he made an effort to visit our place so as to give us a more accurate costing and his price was reasonable. We knew that it was not an easy job for him from the start as my house has existing carpentry that is about a year old. He not only had to work on the design aspect, but also to ensure that the new design of the carpentry will blend and synchronize well together with the existing carpentry. Despite the challenges, he did not attempt to ripe us of our pockets. In fact, his quote was the most reasonable range. Hence, we decided to go with him instead of the rest. He is a strong believer in building long-lasting relationships and takes pride in the satisfaction and happiness of his clients that he works with. With that in mind, he never hesitate to provide extra help to us even when it is not within his scope of work. He even went through extra miles to help us resolve many issues, including neighbour’s complaint and sourcing for disposal of old furniture. He even helped us to do touch up of paint work. We are truly thankful and satisfied with his exceptional interior design services that he has provided for our home. He is attentive to details, dedicated and committed to creating a beautiful and functional space for us. His service truly exceeded our expectation. His ability to translate my ideas into reality while incorporating his design was truly remarkable. He gave insightful suggestion and sound advice to the practical aspect of the design. He would patiently listen to our ideas, concerns, and preferences, and integrate them into the overall design. Kevin the boss is friendly and responsive, but he tends to be forgetful sometimes and you need to chase after him. He gets things done but some small stuff must chase after him. I still say he’s a good and reasonable man to hire.

Kevin and his team are really professional in their job, not just in executing what we have requested, but also providing solutions for our home improvements. In particular, he implemented the smart home framework for our condo unit which we really appreciate, at a really good price. Also, many other small enhancements are often thrown in for free. He also provides good after sales support for us. Really pleased with the result.

Even though our renovation is small, he is still willing to give reasonable price, and during the renovation, Kevin was in charge of running the project and was very quick and prompt with providing updates or answering our questions. Even though my renovation isn’t a major project, he didn’t place lesser importance on it. I’m really thankful to have chance upon Kevin’s company & grateful that he was willing to take up this project. A trustworthy gentleman whom I strongly recommend, I’ll definitely return in future if I’m lucky to have the ability to change house!

We engaged Kevin to renovate our entire EA flat. He was given a very challenging timeline as we have to move into a rental place so we gave him a very short timeline to minimise our rental cost. We made multiple changes to the design throughout the renovation but Kevin very patiently acceded to ALL our requests. He NEVER loses his cool when things go wrong, he always has solutions to all problems somehow! Kevin is very reassuring and always goes beyond to help his clients. He is also very flexible and throw in extra things at his own cost even if we didnt ask for it! We have heard all the horror stories about errant contractors, with Kevin, there will be non of such stories, only good ones. It’s been more than one month since we moved back but Kevin is still very supportive and would come by to help us when we called. I would definitely engage Kevin again in future and recommend him to my family and friends.

He even took time to bring us to various shops to purchase the suitable fixtures for our dream home. All in all, working with Mr. Kevin was a great experience.
