Don't move - Extend constructed a kitchen extension and garden room for me in 2018,extending(vide contract) into 2019. Now, the kitchen roof leaks. On 24th December 2020,when this defect was first noticed, I e-mailed them for a repair, due under the 5-year guarentee ,as given in the Contract for the work. To date, despite a reminder/repeat in early January this year, there has been no response from this firm. Furthermore ,none of the telephone numbers given on the websites are recognised, when dialled. I've had to call another roofing contractor in to do the necessary repairs ,which are now becoming urgent. In view of this experience ,I'd advise 'Don't use Don't Move'!

We used Don’t Move Extend for our large kitchen/living room extension and loft conversion. We now have 2 magnificent new spaces built to a very high standard. We had not done any sort of building work before and was really happy that they were able to guide us through and explain the different stages. We would highly recommend the company from the first point of contact when discussing the design of the project through to the professional team of builders. We would not hesitate to use them in the future.
