I’m sorry to read that your experience with McDaniels was less than satisfactory. While there is always the possibility of an error or miscommunication in any remodeling job, our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for the client. We have very high expectations for our work, our service, and our team, and it is disappointing to hear that we did not live up to these expectations in the case of your project. As you may recall, we did offer to replace the vanity but were not in a position to offer you installation services for this job. Unfortunately, at the time, this did not meet your immediate requirements.
I’d like to personally assure you that we do in fact take pride in and stand behind our work as evidenced by the many projects we successfully complete every year for satisfied clients. It’s very unfortunate that yours was not one of those cases, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused for you or your mother. I am sorry you had this experience with our company on this, your second purchase. Our goal is to make every job go smoothly and I apologize we did not satisfy your expectations on this project. One of my frustrations is the lead time it takes to get a reorder from our manufacturer. Reorders take nearly the same lead time as the original production of the product. The six weeks is what we would expect to remake a cabinet from that manufacturer.
We will be adjusting our procedures to, at a minimum, offer rapid pick up of merchandise that is flawed. This will alleviate the situation of having two cabinets in your Livingroom for six weeks. We have always been willing to pick cabinets up if we are notified that they are in the way.
I apologize that we did not meet your expectations of customer service, and I thank you for your comments that will help us improve our business.

However, our goal is to have a seamless process end-to-end for our clients, and this did not happen in your case. Unfortunately, issues sometimes come up with product ordering – this is rare, but when it does happen it can cause frustration for the client and also for us.
I’m terribly sorry to hear that, when this did happen, we did not clear up the situation quickly and to your satisfaction. It’s very unfortunate that we did not communicate with you in a timely fashion and therefore did not meet your expectations. We enjoy communicating with our customers and take great pride in the relationship we develop with our clients and the impact we have on their homes. As you know, we did talk again after you left this review, and you did go on to buy from us. I am happy to report that we had a positive outcome once we cleared up the early miscommunication.
