In business since 1989, Design Maintenance Construction, LLC is a unique landscaping company in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area that specializes in outdoor space design/build projects. We offer a wide range of services and can maximize your budget. Owner and landscape designer David McCarty is a hands-on contractor and is actively involved in all phases of construction. David has been working in landscaping since 1982 and holds a BS in Horticulture and a minor in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to each project and enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients. The field staff of Design Maintenance Construction have a combined 50 years of experience with the company, and all of our employees take great pride in what they do.
