David Mills Custom Homes is owned by David and Christin Mills. We have been building quality custom homes throughout the New Braunfels, San Antonio and Boerne areas for more than fourteen years. We have experience in the construction industry ranging from simple bath/kitchen remodels to custom homes from $400,000 to $4.0 million. David first became interested in home building as he watched his parents renovate each home they lived in while he was growing up. After graduating from Texas Christian University, David worked with a custom homebuilder learning the ins and outs of the custom home building process. After a few years, David started his own business with his mother Linda. David has continued to foster relationships with vendors and subcontractors his mother used for more than 20 years. At David Mills Custom Homes we work to provide superior customer service by personally walking clients through each step of the home building process.
