Decenni Custom Furniture

Hi there, my name is Amanda and I ordered my sofa from Decenni back in November 2017. I was able to order the sofa with my own dimensions and fabric. My sofa was delivered by January 2018. I was desperate since I waited so long to buy a sofa once I moved but Steve, the person in charge of sofa production, was pretty quick with replying emails and with making the sofa as fast as possible for me. When I received my delivery, one of the pillows (cover) had a slit, maybe happened during unpacking or loading onto the truck... Steve sent a new pillow cover asap. I love my new sofa, it's perfect with my vibe and it's exactly what I wanted. bellow are some images of my lovely living room!

Bought Two producer couches and love them! Received swatches of material right away which really helped in making the decision.

I am local Real Estate Broker and have referred many Clients and Home Interior Designers to Decenni. My clients love that they can order custom configurations and fabric and make it custom from the ground up. There prices are very reasonable for a quality custom service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, custom furniture.

Beware of this company! My wife and I ordered a custom sofa from Steve at Decenni. The sofa was delivered late and wrong. They basically just sold us their standard sofa and not the custom one that we ordered. Steve promised to make it right and strung us along for weeks. What we didn't realize is that they never intended to resolve the situation. They only wanted to keep us from disputing the charge with our credit card until the the 60 day period had passed and the credit card could not legally pursue them (which they eventually tried and failed). Be careful with these guys!!!!

terrible product. custom order. Design was not done as indicated. 1) substandard quality of fabric -. small balls after one month of usage 2) substandard quality of foam in the back cushions and sitting cushions

After finding Decenni Custom Furniture on Houzz, we were thrilled. We recently ordered the Divini II sectional in Macaw, and couldn't be happier. Steve from Decenni has impeccable customer service standards, answering email after email of questions about the construction, and customization options of the sofa. During my research frenzy to buy the perfect sofa, in the perfect fabric, Steve was so patient, always replying in a timely manner, and looking at various pictures and links of fabrics I sent. He offered his opinion and expertise from the moment I was interested in the sofa to well after we recieved and assembled it, and I always felt like he was attentive and knowledgeable about my specific needs as a customer. Even after going back and forth with ideas, we ultimately decided to stay with the original fabric after receiving some samples. (What can I say? The original design was really amazing.) However, it was nice that we had the option to change the legs to a more mid-century style that fit our decor better, and it was so kind of Steve to walk us through the customization process. I can't speak highly enough of the service and assistance I recieved from Decenni, and after receiving this amazing sectional I will definitely be looking to them for our next furniture upgrade!

The team at Decenni is wonderful. They were patient with me as I waffled back and forth on what colors/what trim. The couch arrived promptly and is both stylish and comfortable.

Decenni offers the most unique, high-quality furniture with incredible style. I was so pleased with my whole transaction from the design process to the finished item, shipped safely and without error.
