Dave Brandsen (1) put a balcony on our home, (2) added a laundry room, (3) completely remodeled two bathrooms, and (4) completely remodeled our kitchen. He and his crew pay attention to the details. His estimates are detailed and accurate. Working with Dave made these large projects seem easy. He provided a ton of great advice and guidance. We have recommended him to friends and we will employ him again. This man, and those who work for him, are professionals you can trust. He will deliver what he promises.

Highly recommend. Have done several extensive high end renovation projects with Dave. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Backyard remodel included removing pool and spa; building outdoor fireplace, kitchen, and large new spa, limestone decking on three decks and front stairway to entry. Living room remodel included new hardwood floors, drywall, lighting, new floor to ceiling granite fireplace surround, new Fleetwood sliding glass doors (20'). Both projects required extensive structural engineering. Beautiful results in a timely fashion. (2007 and 2011)

David did our room addition and remodel for us on our house in Del Cerro. His people were all kind, courteous and professional. His attention to detail is superb and after six months, our punch list literally contained two small items. David was very helpful throughout the entire project and had many great suggestions. They finished on time and were only over budget due to things that we added. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!
