Daniel Polished Concrete

I haven’t received my table so I cannot review the product … however … since they received full payment over 10 weeks ago, communication is poor and they have not delivered as promised ( 6-8 weeks delivery went to nearly 8 weeks went to 9 weeks and then radio silence ) . I’ve had to email and wait ages for responses. I have been extremely patient and reasonable but I am now worried that I may have been scammed

My table is stunning, beautifully made and unique. It was made pretty much on target. Would definitely recommend. Just make sure there is somebody who can help take delivery when it arrives, as the table is heavy and delivery guy cannot manage on his on. Im thrilled with it and worth the money.

Wow - we absolutely love our new 10 seater kitchen and console table! From my initial chat with Daniel, I knew I was in the right place for the tables I wanted. His advice was vital - from talking about the style of table leg and colour of the table surfaces, led to the fabulous result we have - can't recommended them highly enough!! Delivery was also excellent! Thank you Daniel and team!

Following a visit to meet Daniel and view his showroom we ordered one of his tables. We chose charcoal colour with the FINO finish. Daniel explained the manufacturing process and that each table is individual due to the product and the finishing. Due to demand for these quality individual hand made tables we had to wait a few months for delivery. We now have our table and are extremely pleased with it and also like the fact that it is bespoke table made to measure for our requirements. Daniel was a pleasure to do business with, he answered all our questions and has been good at communicating from order to delivery and after delivery checking to make sure we are completely happy with the table. Delivery was efficient and on time too. We look forward to many years of social gatherings around our table and would like to thank Daniel. We would strongly recommend Daniel Concrete Tables.

Super happy with our table, looks amazing! Only slight grumble is the communication could have been a bit better. Was advised the person who usually dealt with progress updates had left recently so understand these things happen & maybe not the norm.

We came to know about Daniel Polished Concrete tables simply by searching Google for dining room tables. Wanted something a little different and this is exactly what we got. Received our table 2 weeks ago but waited until the chairs arrived to post review. WE LOVE IT simple as that. Looks absolutely brilliant in our dining room and the finish was just what we was after. The x legs we chose work brilliantly with the chairs and bench. Being such a small dining room the bench allows us to push the table right up against the wall and having it pulled out should we have company. Nick our delivery guy was superb from start to finish and although delivery time was little longer than expected it was well worth the wait. I think we all have to remember how Brexit, Covid etc has effected a lot of businesses and materials for this type of product are short as well so totally understandable that an item of this quality and material could be a little longer than expected, I needed this for Xmas so I'm more than happy. I highly rate this company and if you want something a little different then this is it. Daniel, Jessica and team thank you so much for completing our dining room with this fantastic table.

I was immediately impressed when I received such quick and informative responses to my many questions before I placed an order. I felt this business knew what they were doing, were very professional and approachable. Upon placing my order (after reviewing the sample colours that were sent) the follow up and confirmation paperwork was spot on. I was kept informed of progress and my expectations were managed in relation to timeframes. A total error on my part, but I ordered the wrong dimensions and knowing that all tables were bespoke and made to order I tentatively put a call in. The response and outcome were nothing short of amazing. The company treated me with compassion and understanding and we discussed my requirements, and a new order was placed - this far suppressed any of my expectations. The delivery of the table went incredibly smoothly. I was kept informed of the ETA on the delivery morning and throughout the delivery day and Nick arrived bang on the estimated ETA with a smile. Nick was incredibly personable and so helpful with the set up and aftercare instructions - the whole process from order to receiving the table was just a pleasure! Thank you so much :)

Really disappointed with the service. The job was accepted with specific timescales. The table was delivered beyond late with no apology. We have lost several weeks earnings on a holiday let due to this. Communication was poor and then they chased for the balance of payment which was sent to them the week before. Again, without an apology. The only reason they have recieved 2 stars is due to the quality of the table. We are on 2nd new build holiday let prot and unfortunately we will have to take our business elsewhere.

Our Table from DPC is excellent quality. Whilst there were delays with delivery the team kept us informed on progress. It was also pleasing that they carry out strict quality control checks, whilst a little frustrating that the table was delayed due to this it demonstrated that they were not willing to compromise and release until the table was perfect.

Fantastic from start to finish ! From the second I contacted them to ask about my table . We then travelled from Liverpool to Stockport to view their showroom and actually see tables being made in process. The quality of the tables is outstanding and I would highly recommend purchasing a table with them again ! Delivery and everything went so smooth , they kept us informed of every step of the progress ! Thanks again Melanie Liverpool
